I ordered a Hawaiian pizza. They put the least amount of toppings absolutely possible. It was pathetic, I could have gotten a better pizza from Walmart.

I don’t typically call when our order is wrong anywhere, but I was really looking forward to a coke that I had put on my order for delivery with our pizza and we didn’t get our coke. I called them and they were extremely apologetic and nice and even gave us extra garlic bites and delivered those with a 2 liter coke. Our pizza was fresh and very good!! The hospitality was outstanding! Will definitely be using them again! Thank you, Gulf Shores Dominos!!

We order Dominos often. We were on vacation and needed something quick. It took longer than usual to get our order at this location. I think they were having a bad night. The parking lot is very small and hard to get in and out of. But the pizza was good!

We rarely give negative reviews but this place is a train wreck. Past order was completely wrong and another had virtually zero cheese…yes..you read that right.
We gave one last chance tonight and the pizza is now about 45 minutes late and based off the drivers location won’t be here anytime soon. We’re done with this place! Where’s the owner or corporate??

This dominos knows how to make good pizza and pasta. Both times we ordered when vacationing the loaded our pizza up and the pasta was full and flavorful with tons of toppings. Thank you for great pizza and pasta, so delicious 😋

I'm a Rewards member. I don't order much because GS is a very busy place and I get off prime time. But when I do order I expect to be served. My Domino's is a half mile away. I have the Crud and left work early so I didn't want to go out. 2x online 1x on phone Nothing. So I go to shop before going to get Chinese. I wasn't rude just wanted them to know.

Called in an order was very clear on what I wanted delivered was not the same. They blamed it on the call center manager didn’t want to represent the company and try to say more delivery cost was needed when it wasn’t my fault. I will not be ordering Domino’s again.

I didn't like the lack of hygiene when preparing the food, he used his cell phone and didn't put on gloves or wash his hands and started preparing the dough for the pizza.

We’re about 200 yards from this location, called and asked where Lane was, we were told he's in route. I asked them to go ahead and cancel as its getting too late and we’ve already waited an hour.
This is at 9:40 at night while we’re in a meeting and the girl said you should have just came and got a carryout then.
