4/25/24 pizza was cold and delivery driver did not call when pizza was ready for pick up in the lobby. Pizza was not good at all. First time ever I had a bad pizza from Domino's

Couldn’t be more useless 20 minute delivery took an hour plus and when it was finally delivered to the condo the delivery driver did not even ask my name to confirm WHO I was soooo anybody could’ve taken my order no questions asked ?♂️ and pizza is burned to a crisp

One of the worst Dominoes pizzas I have ever had. We each had 1 slice, didn’t finish and threw the rest away. Better off with a frozen from Rouses.

Ordered 2 thin pizza from gulf shores location was an hour and a half before it got here the boxes where crushed the pizza was cold I went the next to the business and explained the situation and I was told " well what do you want us to do about it?" I can drive there in less than 5 min never again even if I got free pizza for life

Try getting someone there that speaks fluent English when you're trying to order a pizza! I tried three times! Couldn't understand a word they were saying! I guess my world travels put me back to India?Vegetarian options: How can you have vegetarian options when you can't understand what they're sayinghow can you have vegetarian options when you can't understand what they're saying?

I ordered at 12:37 pm and at 1:45 called the store because my order had not arrived. I was told the driver had left with my order and it was 8 minutes away. I told them I didn't want food that went into QC Tracker at 12:57, now 45 minutes later. I asked for a refund. They transferred me to a Manager but I sat on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. I have no food, no refund, no phone call after verifying my number. This is completely unacceptable.

We just got to town, too tired to cook, so I stopped at Domino's. Walked in to place an order and the young lady had my order done within 10 minutes!

I do the pest control at this Domino's so you don't have to worry about roaches in your pizza!
No one in line. No wait to order. It took a few minutes to get our order ready. The wife and kids said it was good. I don't eat pizza so I have no idea. I can only say it stunk.

Ordered 3 Large they were dried out, taste old, no toppings. All 3 boxes felt super empty..No sauce no cheese and I bought it for my Co-workers as a treat. And it definitely was NOT!It was embarrassing Never again, I'll stick to Marco's! absolutely horrible.

The person that answered the phone was super pleasant, the pizza was ok but it’s a cheap chain pizza place so I didn’t expect much. The toppings didn’t start until about 3.5 inches into the center of the pizza so it was a LOT of crust and very minimal toppings. We got one large pizza with 2 toppings and a brownie, it was $38.
