Aesthetics were super cute and love the vibe! But, for $6/$7 for a 12/16 oz, you’d think they’d use something other than great value brand milk/whipping cream and a little bit better quality ingredients. 🫠🫠🫠
Cute little coffee shop. They were out of a few breakfast items on a Sunday morning but the coffee and matcha was perfect

We had a great experience at Foam! We came to Gulf Shores for our honeymoon and I had Foam listed as a must go place (we are coffee lovers from the PNW). We got two lattes of different flavors and they were both amazing. The service was how all small coffee shops are-kind and quick, and the employees obviously enjoy each other's presence. The vibe was amazing and I wish we had Foam back home!

Fun place to grab your coffee! Love the vibe, the small store and the baristas are super friendly. If I was living in the area I’d definitely be a regular!

Foam coffee has great tasting coffee, probably the best in Gulf Shores, my only complaint is the hours they are open. If they could be open later in the day that’d be great!

I have seen all of the great reviews on social media and was so excited to try this place but unfortunately it was a huge miss.
1. The wait time was just inexcusable, however, I’m more than happy to wait for good, quality coffee and great customer service but neither met expectations.
2. The lids supplied were too big for my cup which is no problem but when I showed the barista she had an attitude about it and provided no solution.
3. The owner saw this interaction and also provided no solution-he was too busy making coffees for himself and left his staff when the line was long and they clearly needed help.
4. The coffee was not good. For $7 in a tiny cup I simply expected top-tier customer service and was met with crappy coffee and bad customer service instead.
In response to your reply-I see that you have edited your response asking me to email you regarding the attitudes from your staff and this whole situation but that’s ok. Every negative review on here mentions the attitudes your staff has so I’d probably take that a bit more seriously. Also, your husband making his own coffee in front of paying customers and leaving before paying customers receiving theirs is just tacky-especially because every person who enters your shop is trying to support a small business. My claims were not false-I understand a solution can’t be done about the lids in the moment but maybe not having an attitude with the paying customer is the solution. Have a GREAT day and good luck.

Stopped by to get some work done on our trip. Great atmosphere for WFH. Got the banana latte with oat milk and it was incredible. The cold foam/pudding on top was delicious. My boyfriend got the brown sugar shaken, was a bit bitter for both of us and pretty average. Kind staff and cute place! Will try to stop by again before we leave

This place was a disappointment in many ways!! the girl making lattes and the guy in front of the ipad doing orders were both very rude and uncaring!! Our order was sitting right there with no name on it. we ordered online, we got there in about 15 minutes, She told me our order was not ready. The coffees were still there 20 minutes later one cold, one hot! no top on the cold, it did not look good! And was getting watered down sitting there!! I finally went up and asked if that was my order? she asked my name again and he looked and said is your name Brandi
Again i said yes, he said then yes that’s your order. I said she (the girl) told me it wasn’t ready and they’ve been sitting there ever since i got here! He said If your Brandi, then there they are and threw his arms in the air!!! WOW!! so uncalled for!! What a bunch of non caring employees!!

Husband and I ordered the brown sugar shaken; 1 iced and 1 hot. For two extremely small coffees it was $13. The coffee was just ok. It tasted like cinnamon flavored milk, honestly. The time it took to get the coffee was far too long. Over 15 minutes after ordering. The atmosphere is super cute. The staff on the other hand was rude. I watched the girl making coffee call out an order. Someone walked up after a minute or so and asked what it was. The barista was completely rude to her and several other customers. It’s so hard to hear them call out a coffee when the music is far too loud and there is barely any space to stand so you can actually hear her say the name when she barely raises her voice. We will not be back. The only thing they’ve got going for them is there isn’t anywhere else to get coffee.

First & last time I am visiting. I saw another local recommended this place on TikTok. Being a Gulf Shores native, I had yet to try it and was super stoked. I ordered an iced espresso with honey cinnamon & almond milk. I get handed a hot cup which looks nothing remotely of what I ordered. I said “Hey! I’m not sure if this is right but it’s okay! Could you please just add some ice to it?” She looks at me blankly like I asked her to do the most vulgar task… Without saying a word, she throws ice into my hot cup instead of putting it into a cold one, no lid, which is a health hazard by the way. I take customer service very seriously and this mediocre coffee joint did disappoint on my first visit. The scenery was wonderful so I will give them that. I’ll just stick with Happy Pappy’s. Love the girls there!!!

This has to be the best cold brew coffee on the entire Gulf Coast. Every sip was a spiritual experience. Rad vibe and decor both inside and on the patio. 10/10 no notes.

Great Coffee! Will be returning.
Not a fan. Staff was not friendly and the cup of coffee that I paid $7 for was so small and did not taste good at all compared to other local shops. Will not return to this coffee shop when visiting Gulf Shores.
