The Crab Grouper was very tasty, with a nice filet that was cooked perfectly. Libby provided attentive service, making the experience truly enjoyable. I would recommend this place and definitely plan to return.

I have no words for how bad our experience was from start to finish. The hostess was beyond rude, then proceeded to throw the menus on the table. We greeted her and were totally confused with her eye rolling and zero reply.
The food was family style/shareable but they only brought one fork, no knife, zero dressing, nothing to crack the crab, water was never refilled even after waiting and asking. The "steak and crab for two" came with one plate and fork and was so so SO cold. Fatty and almost inedible.
We had to wait 10 minutes for a plate and then ordered onion string (for two) and it came with two strings. Literally two. The rest fried crumbs.
The shrimp boil was also tiny and again the service was honestly just so disturbing for the price. I had to take a walk at one point and have never in my life expedited a worse run restaurant with more mediocre and overpriced food.
If you're looking for a fun seafood lunch or dinner heed my advice and DO NOT GO! If you get our server you will have an awful experience!!

Arrived at the restaurant with a party of 11. The establishment was only half full, yet the hostess wanted to seat us at separate tables. We offered to arrange the tables together ourselves but they would not allow. I had to threaten to go to another restaurant before the hostess/waitress would seat us at the same table. The food was good, but the service was terrible. We would not have gotten refills if someone in our party had not ordered all you can eat. The waitstaff had very poor attitudes from the moment we walked in the door. The 18% gratuity was added to the bill, but we did not receive good service. We have eaten there previously and loved it, not this time. We will not return.

Decided to try something new. Food was great! Our part of 7, from grandparents to kids, all loved it! Crab and garlic bread were amazing!
Crab was the best I’ve had anywhere!! We had an all you can eat and a boil with gulf shrimp. All was good. They only offer 1 flavor and it is mild which we were ok with but some wanted some spicer options. Servers are busy and attentive.
Kid-friendliness: Coloring on butcher paper loud and love it! Does have alcohol drinks.

We had eaten Nona's Pizza last night & Hammered Crab was flashing "All you can eat crab Legs". All day every day. Well that made our decision for tonight's dinner very easy.

The kraken burger was a cold mess of nasty.. hush puppies were under cooked .. the shrimp were soaked in grease … the woman’s restroom smelled like pee … never got refills .. very disappointed.. The first time was great. The second time was terrible and will not be back. And they charged us an extra 18% plus tax
