The owners of this establishment have apparently gotten upset because people are adding cheese to the 2 for $4 sausage biscuits. The cheese adds $0.50 per biscuit making it $5. The owners should be grateful for the opportunity to sell 2 slices of cheese for a dollar but instead, they apparently told their employees that the sausage biscuits are already a special and can no longer be modified! Well, I will not be eating breakfast there anymore. I give a coworker a ride to and from work everyday and every morning, Monday through Friday, he wants to get his steak egg and cheese biscuit with a biscuit and gravy. A manager at this location told him to ask for the 2 for $5 combo with a steak biscuit and biscuit and gravy then add the egg and cheese to the steak biscuit. This nets some savings since a steak egg and cheese is $7.43 after tax while the modified 2 for $5 combo comes to $7.98 after tax. Combined we used to spend around $15 a day in this place for breakfast, not after today!!!

I’ve lived down here for 14 years, and this is the only fast food place on the island that I will get a biscuit or any type of breakfast food from. They put our McDonald’s and Burger King to shame! It’s always fresh and hot, and the coffee is served strong just the way it should be!! The sweet, blonde lady with the slick back bun that works; the window always has the best customer service!

Terrible service, a lot have decaffeinated coffee, mgr was real rude. Wouldn’t turn around and speak directly to us, had backed turn to us and said we don’t have it. Then young guy chimed in and repeated it. I felt like saying we heard your mgr first time… gets worse, wife’s bacon wasn’t crispy done like ordered, and when my father in law got to the table, there was a fly in his regular coffee. These were the rudest people I have encountered in a restaurant, in a long time . Every employee need to go through a customer experience training and improve… if the owner doesn’t do that they are failing their employees and the owner of the establishment!!! I also sent this to corporate!

The staff here is very aggravated it seems. The lady in the red shirt with glasses is VERY RUDE. Seems like she’s ruining everyone’s day here at Hardee’s I kinda feel bad for them. Other than that the food was good. One star for the lady in the red shirt.

Service was horrible and the manager was even worse. She was very rude and we did not get sugar and cream after asking twice. I had to park and go inside ro get it. I would not recommend this location to anyone!

I provided a one star rating because every portion of the service was incorrect. The lady was horrible. The service was horrible. I asked for extra butter. They didn’t apply any butter. I asked for salt and pepper. They gave me no salt and pepper then minus one of my hashbrowns The biscuit taste like cardboard. They didn’t even feel half of my hashbrowns up on the ones they did give me so I really got shorted too. I asked for a Dr Pepper they gave me Diet Coke almost choked. The biscuit was so dry.

Wouldn’t honor the coupon!
The guy at the drive through intercom said he didn’t know how to use just the letter coupon and the ones they do are numbered instead but then said they are a franchise so they can’t honor coupons.
A very confusing order to say the least and I ended up paying full price for two frisco burgers that were just cold.
The coupon came in my mailbox!
I guess I don’t understand why Hardee’s sends them to all of these households but then doesn’t honor them at all.
All I got has a very confusing excuse

Visited on 7/18/2025.. I’m local. There is 22-24 people sitting in lobby eating and I’m in line waiting to order, so the place is busy! The manager on duty in yellow shirt is screaming to the kitchen “ hurry up with the Frisch, it don’t take that damn long to make a Frisco.” The kitchen line responded “we’re working as fast as we can!”. The manager responded “back talk me again and this will be your last day!!” Mind you the manager is screaming. Totally inappropriate for a manager to threaten someone’s job openly in front of the entire lobby full of people. Your manager needs to go to management classes. This is not how we treat people. Is it because of their work status that she thinks she can be so degrading?
