being a massive fan of hooters, we tried the closest location while on vacation. we asked for a table for 7 people and were told it would be a short wait. we checked again multiple times and were given the same response. after waiting 45 minutes, we were then told we couldn’t be accommodated unless we sat separate because their tables only sat 6. this would have been great information to know when we originally asked, otherwise we wouldn’t have waited 45 minutes to not be accommodated. not only is this the tiniest hooters but also may be the shittiest hooters!

If reviews could get a -/5, this Hooters would most definitely get it. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE service. Showed up and told the hostess we needed seats for 7 people and a baby. We were told just a short wait. Over a half hour later, the manager told us it was not possible to accommodate 7 people and a baby unless we sat at separate tables. Why couldn’t we have been told that to begin with? Then, we spoke to the owner who happened to be there and there was NO CARE ABOUT THE ISSUE FROM HIM. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING!! Instead, head over to Gulf Island Grill will they make sure you’re taken care of!!!!

I wouldn't recommend anyone taking their family to this racist restaurant. i went in to apply for a job, and some guy named marcus told me ver batem " we don't hire wetbacks here, so why don't you go back where you belong." I am thoroughly disgusted that people can still be like this in today's society, and that this is allowed.

Pretty cool Hoots considering how small it is. Went in twice in two days with poor service each time. Different girls and neither could take an order. Zero attention to detail.

Another great day for football and wings. Tried the Daytona wings. They were good. They were a little sweet for my liking, and they could've used a little more spice, too. But overall, they were not bad. The staff was great, very friendly and amazing service.

Disgusting to say the least. Noone greeted us, the cook had to go get someone. The ice cooler is literally on the porch( outside).Servers did not care about their appearance. Cleanliness is a 0

Visiting Orange Beach and decided to go have some wings and watch football. It really is the smallest Hooters and there is seating outside but not a lot. Right off we went in (me, husband, daughter and son in law) and we stood at the door as employees looked at us and walked by. After a few minutes my husband approached an employee and asked if we could seat ourselves, which she said sure. We sat at the high top by the swinging door and my husband and I had a clear view of the bar and kitchen. The waitress we ended up having was kind and overall a positive for our visit. The food was very good and the wings were huge compared to what we are used to getting at Hooters. Now here’s the one star part, watch the bartender! She was careless and poured two beers into one pitcher because one was foaming bad. Between a new keg foaming and her not seeming to know how to pour a beer the foam was excessive. The manager was told but never said a word to us. We are use to the manager coming by to ask if everything is ok, this one didn’t even when there was an issue. Thankfully that was the only service issue. Don’t expect to be impressed with the place. There was mold by the air vents, not the cleanest place and it felt more like a old “hole in the wall” more than anything. Keep expectations low!

Food made everyone’s stomach hurt (4people), cooks had their hair down, place dirty and servers were eating pizza up front while we were waiting on refills. Although I don’t usually leave negative reviews but it was absolutely disgusting never coming back. I don’t understand how the health department grades them a 96 mop sink outside had mildew where the mops sit…all around gross

Worst service ever. Had to get the server everytime I wanted a drink. The manager, I’m guessing FOH, was oblivious to anything going on. This all with maybe 2 patrons in the entire restaurant. I’ve been to many hooters and this service was by far the worst!

Sat and waited for 15 minutes while the servers and bartenders were chatting and not acknowledging anyone in the restaurant, the restaurant itself is also extremely dirty and poorly maintained. If I was the owner of this establishment I would be very disappointed. It’s a complete failure they only got the location right. There was plates and drinks on tables that no one was cleaning. Just absolute poor attention to detail. Worst hooter girls I’ve ever seen as well, rough to say the least.

As someone who has been in the restaurant industry for 30 years I was amazed that this place was still open if my experience tonight was the norm and according to two of the employees it is. We arrived at 515 (two adults, two kids), there were four other tables, none of which had food, and two men waiting on a Togo order that they said they called in an hour prior. The waitresses were doing all they could and considering the circumstances they were very welcoming and polite. The kitchen was short staffed and looked to be doing all they could. Kudos to what little staff you had on 10-17-24 they were trying their best, Management on the other hand was atrocious, I would usually refrain from using that to describe a person but, Markus Eddins was one of if not the worst manager I have ever encountered in 30 years of restaurant experience and that’s saying a lot. He was first too busy to talk to a concerned customer, then claimed to be doing paperwork so he was too busy to help his understaffed employees then lies about not having a business card and says he has only been a manager for 1 week. If this is the caliber of manager Hooters is having to stoop too unfortunately this location won’t be open long. I don’t expect a response from this lengthy review but would hope that if my establishment was run this poorly I would be informed also
