“They usually have great food, but today was a disappointment. I ordered the Scotch Egg because they prepare it with a soft boiled egg and serve it on the best slaw on the planet. Today, the egg was nearly hard boiled, definitely not soft. That's one star for menu fulfillment. I showed the bartender and he said "Sorry. I will let the kitchen know." No adjustment to the check. I was charged full price for an item that didn't meet their menu. That's one star for customer service.“

“I came in tonight, never been. My dad passed away this week and I just wanted to sit somewhere where no one knew me and have a drink. I was greeted by Lucas (sp?) and asked if he had a drink menu. He laughed and asked what I was in the mood for… he made me the perfect rum punch and had great
conversation. While he had no idea what I was going through, his smile and hospitality meant more than he knew. Beautiful bar atmosphere, great drinks and clean facility. Will be back again! Thank you.“
