Janino's Pizza Gulf Shores

2 hour wait on a carry out order. A warning on phone would have been nice. I had time to buy a fishing pole. Catch a fish. Clean the fish. And cook it. Al before I got my pizza

Absolutely Terrible Service. Ordered food at 630 pm and put delivery around 8pm. Understandable with a Saturday night. They reassigned my driver 4 times (5 total drivers). Tried calling them and they would pick up the phone then not talk. After calling back 4 times, it went to a fast busy signal. My 5th driver called me and they had told my driver the pizza was already picked up. Never was delivered. All signs point to issues there. Driver informed me that cops were blocking the driveway at one point t just to get inside. If you are here in gulf shores for any reason, NEVER GO HERE!!! It is now 930pm and my kids and I are going to bed hungry.

It doesn’t even matter if the food is good or not. The time of wait is atrocious. Over 2 hours wait is ridiculous.

Total beach VIBE! Hours are kind of weird but OMG SOOOO GOOD ! From the dough to sauce to Italian seasonings…. You won’t be disappointed! We had a 14in Queens Pizza and it was more than enough to feed 2. Also the breadsticks dough was amazing!!! I have lived here a year and we can never align in hours to try it! Have had Cricos, Papa Rocco’s and NOPE this is the spot! What a hidden gem!!! Also, Service was spectacular! Thank you!!!! Well I would another review but it only allows me one last night we caught them at close 10pm and they let us order the calzone and breadsticks are 🔥🔥🔥🔥 please support our local pizza place vs corporate world!

We spent the week in Gulf Shores and had Janino's twice and both times, the pizza was really good. I'm typically not a fan of a thicker crust but theirs wasn't bad at all.

Amazing pizza, super fast service. It was awesome.

Ordered Take out and planned to eat outside on their benches: BUT....no utensils, no drinks, no spices (parmesan, red pepper), NO TRASH CANS.
Sand spurs all over the grass and under the tables.
POOR! And I gave them a tip.
Never coming back.

The worst pizza I’ve ever had. No sauce barely any cheese not fully cooked.

Ordered online for a pizza to be picked up at 4 went and picked it up no one was even there.My debit card was already charged when I called to complain was told they don’t open till 4. That is not what the website said! It said they opened at 3 . Am waiting for my money to be refunded. Had to order another pizza from some other place.

Visiting from Tennessee and wanted local pizza. Checked this place out. Ordered online and the pizza was ready within 20 mins. I bit into my 2nd piece of pizza and felt something weird on my tongue. Used my fingernail to scrape my tongue and pulled a long medium brown hair out of my mouth. Needless to say I'm pissed and disgusted. I threw the rest of the pizza away. I paid $30 (including tip) for an 18" Bronx pizza to pull a long hair out of my mouth. I'm a black male so the hair is definitely not mine. I called the restaurant back, which was right before close, and nobody answered the phone. I'd have taken a pic of the hair but I through it down in the sink before I thought to do so because I was disgusted that someone's dirty hair was baked into my food!
