The restaurant was closed and looked to be out of business when I went. There was some notice about it being closed for taxes taped inside the glass door.

My wife and I ate there for lunch a while back and the salad we shared was awful and the shrimp had little to no flavor and the service was horrible. I don't understand how they get positive reviews. I guess all restaurants have bad days, but for the price we could have gone to Mikee's, Cosmos, Lunas, even Doc's would have been better.

The place was CLOSED when my wife and I went to the restaurant. There was some notice about not paying taxes on the inside of the glass from door. If you try to call the phone number list, it shows up as an individual phone number. Come on people. At least change to "Temporary Closed" on Google so people don't have to waste their time driving to the restaurant.

They look like they are out of business. Went there this afternoon (8-25-25) and the doors were locked. There was some kind of letter from the Court taped to the inside of the glass door. It stated something about they didn't pay taxes.

Came to eat here after it being highly recommended and they're closed. For no reason. No sign, online says open and the number doesn't work
I'm very disappointed.

King Neptune's Seafood Restaurant is the best seafood place ever, As I walk in I was greeted with a great welcome smile 😃 the staff are amazing here. I had the fish tacos and it was amazing. I would recommend everyone to visit this place for some delicious food

The food was terrible. Shrimp and crablegs were so over cooked you couldn't crack or peel them. They were rubbery amd chewey. The potatoes weren't cooked and were hard. . Was very disappointed. I have been wanting to try this place for yeara. Was not remotely worth $65/lb for crab legs.

We decided to eat here our first night in town. The wait for our food was nearly an hour and half to get our food. When we got our food the supposely fresh snapper came out to us it’s was so overcooked just looked like cardboard very very dry and hard absolutely disgusting. The fish tacos were ok. The service was very lacking. Took them over 20 mins to finally bring our check. Very disappointed

We went inside, no one was in the parking lot which should have been our first clue not to eat here. We were told to sit wherever. We picked a booth but I couldn’t help but notice the VERY STRONG smell of feces/sewage. I am a nurse and was very uncomfortable with that. So we immediately got up and left. Would not recommend do you health concerns.
