Best beach club on the gulf! Fabulous food, live music a few days a week, heated pool, clean towel and a full menu delivered pool side! The sand dunes and white sugar sand beach is eye candy. Love.

Enjoyable atmosphere with incredible view of sunset. Really enjoyed their seafood. Service was excellent and very accommodating for our 2 year old granddaughter. Side dishes were good and worth the short walk!

We stayed nearby and this was the closest place for dinner. Was unimpressed with the online reviews (mixed) and how basic the menu looked, so I had zero expectations. This place hit it out of the park! Totally fantastic meal for me and my 7 friends. The place was EMPTY when we walked in, so that put me on the alert. But every single thing that we ordered came out fresh, hot and delicious. The burger melted in my mouth. Fish was tender. Onion rings were the bomb. Had a lovely icy dirty martini that hit the spot. Thanks Kiva for an unexpected fantastic experience!

We stopped for lunch on our way to the Fort Morgan Park. Not many places to chose from when you get this far out. The Kiva Grill was very good. The wings were hot with just the right amount of spice and the fries were hot and crispy! Service was friendly and she kept the drinks full.

Breakfast Buffet was so nice! The scrambled eggs were fluffy and tasty. I added a little cheese and salsa. Then I had the delicious French toast with syrup. The restaurant was very clean and beautiful. We came back for lunch on Thursday, the reuben sandwich was amazing and my husband loved the chicken quesadilla! The ladies that took care of us were so nice, they did a great job!

Their grilled shrimp option for salads or sandwiches are very well cooked, the remoulade sauce was excellent, with a little kick. Service was great. Pieces were reasonable for value. Want to come back to try breakfast.

We attempted to order carryout. The restaurant does carryout until 5:30 pm. I call a few minutes before 5:30 and lady that answered food told me, "sorry, we only take orders until 5:30". I said it was not 5:30 yet, but she said they wouldn't take anymore carryout orders for the day.I wouldn't bother with this place if they can't even honor their own policies. I get being told I couldn't order if I had called at 5:40. What an anti-customer approach. Will NEVER go to this restaurant nor call in a carryout order. What a joke of a place.
