First of all, The bread and butter was just, No flavor, No Barqs Rootbeer, No Dr. Pepper, No Italian Salad Dressing, No French salad dressing, COME ON!!?? The Service was 5 star Service. Nellie, was Very Sweet, Very fast and friendly, I loved her.

The best place to eat in Orange beach. I lived this place.

Food was good. Wait time terrible. Waitress could of cared less. No smile, no response when trying to get drink refills. We signed in grpup of 6 and 2 groups of six that signed in later after us was seated first
Got bread after food was half eaten. Appetizers was good but we got the shrimp after salads and the spinach dip after we were almost done eating. Waited another 30 minutes after finishing our meal trying to get our tickets so we could leave. We were there from 12:30 until 3:30. We ate quickly. Bad experience.

We dined at longhorn last night and the food was good. The main reason for this review was the excellent waitress that served us.
Her name is Taisha....she was wonderful and ensured that our experience was great.
A true example of great customer service.

Great place to eat. Our server Jessica, I believe we AWESOME! Not only was she traning an new employee,she was very attentive to her tables.
I would recommend anyone looking for a nice,relaxed atmosphere with good food to try this place.
It wasn't very busy when we went and the watermelon margaritas were AWESOME.
The food was wonderful and hot when it was brought to us.
We will definitely be back.

Ordered a strawberry salad. Was hardly any lettuce only 1/3 strawberry. Was not appealing. Also ordered brussel sprouts was cold and burnt
The waitress like to talk but we hardly seen her. Had to wave down to get her. Was not impressed.

Husband asked for medium well steak it was well done. BUT THE MOST SERIOUS THING I ORDERED THE CHICKEN BITES WHICH WAS GOOD HOWEVER I WAS FULL ASKED SERVER FOR A BOX SHE FAVE A SMALL ONE ASKED FOR A LARGER TO HOUSE ALL LEFTOVERS SHE CAME BACK AND SAID IT IS ONLY GIVEN FOR STEAKS. REALLY. AS MY HUSBAND WAS PUTTING AWAY THE FOOD WE FOUND A SHRIMP MY HUSBAND IS ALLERGIC SERVER ASKED IF WE WANTED A MANAGER I RESPONDED YES. After sharing the concern HE SAID SORRY AFTER PAYING BILL AND STILL LEAVING A 18% TIP I NOTICED MY HUSBAND HAD FOOD IN CAR. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE MANAGER AND LET HIM KNOW HOW SERIOUS THIS WAS HE RESPONDED BUT HE SAID HE WAS ONAY. SO UNACCEPTABLE I AM DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH HOW THIS WAS HANDLE AND NOW HAVE TO FET HUSBAND BENADRYL TO MAKE SURE HE IS ONAY THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT. WAS HE REALLY SORRY. II DO NOT THINK SO. I AM NOT O E TO SCREAM RACE BUT WOULD IT HAVE BEEN HANDLED DIFFERENTLY
