Pizzoli and Cinnasquares were tasty amazing, but you definitely need to call ahead otherwise, plan on a minimum wait of 25 minutes (or more). Service at counter was interesting, seemed like I was an inconvenience or annoyance to young gal when ordering (had questions about options as it was first time at restaurant), and there's a lot of loud banter going on in back/kitchen that can be heard.

The pizza was average for chain store. The service was our problem. We ordered online, showed up when it was stated for pick up, and the guy at the counter hadn't even put it in to be made until after we showed up. He was also being a poor teammate, and blaming management (talking this way in front of customers). Numerous customers came in to our exact problem. Our order was made quickly after it was started, but we still sat there for nearly 25 minutes. Disappointing experience for average pizza. First and last time.

I still love Marco’s Pizza! 5 plus years on Ja’nae is still my goddess of all things Marco’s. I think she’s been there since Marco was a boy. She’s always friendly and helpful. If I have a problem Ja’nae is on it with cat-like reflexes and makes it right. It’s fun catching people doing something right.
