After a long shift, I asked for a chocolate frosty at the drive thru and the lady laughed at me and said, “we don’t sell frosty babygirl” I meant to chocolate shake when I reached to the first window, I respectfully assured on what I wanted and she continued calling me babygirl in her statements. It’s highly disrespectful and weird to call a costumer babygirl I’m 26 years old, though she probably thought I was much much younger. Reached to the second window and got my order promptly. Please talk to your coworkers about calling costumers babygirl because it’s highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to literally been sitting in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes with five other cars and not even been acknowledged that we were here while one of the employees is sitting outside smoking a cigarette instead of doing his job

Very slow wait and while we were sitting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes the big boy taking the trash out dropped a lot all in the parking lot and couldn’t take the time to pick any of it up afterwards.
