Food took forever. Employees shouting at eachother in the back. Ordered a 4 piece nugget meal for my daughter, get home open it up, and the chicken nugget box is full of pickels and no nuggets....not sure how that one could have gotten screwed up on accident. It's a good thing I'm only here for vacation, because I wouldn't come back if I lived here.

I usually do not leave bad reviews on establishments I had a bad experience at, but I believe I should for the safety of others. We had been traveling all day to our spring break destination and just wanted to sit down for a nice meal. Most decent restaurants were closed by 9pm. So we decided that McDonald’s was the only option we had at 10:00. So we come in and see a huge line of people, probably 15 or so, waiting to receive their orders which were all ordered either by self checkout or through the mobile app as there were no employees at the registers. We ordered and sat at a table. After about 15 minutes into our wait we saw 5 people leave and just forget about their orders and money. Many people were very irritated including us. After about an hour of waiting we were given our food. The employee that helped us was in her pajamas and did not have a shirt or name tag to indicate she was a staff member. She didn’t even have any remorse for the situation. We were given the wrong sized drinks and fries. The fish sandwiches and burgers were both undercooked and there was toppings missing. We were truly disappointed and disgusted with the lack of cleanliness and respect from staff. We definitely will not be returning!

I thought that I've had bad experiences at McDonald's, but never in my 21 years of dining in these establishments have I ever received a Breakfast burrito that was thinner than my 90 pound grandmother's wrists and skimpier than the girls I went to high school with. To be fair, it's a gas station McDonald's, but it's a busy town during spring break.Out of large cups, forgot a burrito and very few workers, maybe 2 or 3. Truly wack!
Thank you for having the Shamrock shakes in stock. My husband went to several other local locations and they were “out”. You made the day for 3 of our little girls who had been looking forward to it.Also, the service is always quick here, employees are respectful, and the food is always good. Thank you!

Napkin holders had no napkins, tables were dirty, floor needed to be swept. Bathrooms were dirty, a male worker was in there cleaning the women's restroom and during rush hour. They should try cleaning it either early or late at night. Maybe I went during a bad time but for being located near a tourist area I think they should have it looking clean and more presentable specially during spring break season.

55 min in the drive-thru.... it took 25 min just to get to the speaker to order, 10 min sitting at the speaker waiting to order and 20 min to get from the speaker to the window...staff was very rude and unapologetic for the time it took... this was later in the evening (10-11pm)

The worst place ever no one will speak to you on the microphone you wait for 45 mins no one is friendly they suck the food is gross you will wait and wait and you will be ignored take it from me I’m a local forget eating you will starve
