Went here after 10 years of living on the west coast got kicked out for no reason after buying 150$ worth of drinks cuz some guy got his feelings hurt about a girl he couldn’t pull will never go back to this place or the ice box undertow is the spot for sure lol locals just avoid this place since thay don’t care us

The outside male bartender overcharged my card, which is ridiculous because I tipped him 27% (5 on 18 and change). He added another ~10% to round my bill out to $25.00.

Works kicked my friend out by mistake — they confused her with the wrong girl — and then made her pay again to reenter. It was a really frustrating experience and felt unprofessional and unkind. Mistakes happen, but charging someone again after your staff removed the wrong person isn’t right. I hope management looks into this and improves how situations like this are handled.

Workers are unprofessional kicked out a friend accidentally then realized it was wrong and offered to let her back if she payed a $20 cover again. Would have been ok if they just at least apologized

Great bar, it has was warm vibe, mostly locals. Went to watch a college basketball game, has a nice big screen for games. Drinks were good, bartender was friendly and attentive. Ordered the hot wings, they were great!
Mudbugs is the definition of a true local watering hole. The bartenders are always on point — friendly, fast, and they make you feel like family the second you walk in. The kitchen is just as impressive. Dana is a powerhouse back there, serving up food that tastes like good ol’ Southern soul made with love.
The management and owner deserve their flowers too. They keep this place running smooth, and the owner is constantly showing up for our community in ways that matter.
If you want great people, great drinks, and food that hits every time, Mudbugs is the spot. Stay Salty, Stay Southern.

This place is a home away from home. Cora, Marcus and Christian were attentive, kind and welcoming. I wish they had a motel! Delicious food and great service. If this is was my local bar, I would be broke. Worth visiting every time!!
