Papa John's Pizza

Placed an order and waited 1.5 hour due to the DoorDash driver not knowing the address. I called the driver Matthew M. Twice and he told me he was bringing our food. Then, It was noted it was returned to the store so I called and the lady that answered gave me a story she there by herself. So I went up there to ensure she could provide me a credit for my transaction. There were 6 employees there and no one seemed to know what was going on. I wanted the pizza but credited on my delivery and tip but they didn’t know where the pizza. This franchise owner is losing their assets if this is a reoccurring issue.

You never get what you order. Pay extra for nacho cheese sauce and you never get it. Guess the delivery driver keeps it or the store is just incompetent. Pizza is never fully cut, had to cut our own pizza and cheese sticks. The last 2 or 3 times I’ve ordered I never and I mean NEVER get my cheese sauce. Save yourself time and spend the extra somewhere else. Because apparently they are just incompetent at reading

The cashier was more interested on flirting with a guy who came in behind me with long hair . Didn't acknowledge me until he left 😪 and I was their 1st . Didn't cause a scene just told him to go ahead even though he acknowledged me as being there before him .

Terrible service the employees are rude and it was one of the sloppiest put together pizzas I’ve ever had in my life. They are super stingy on toppings. I’ve never had a worst pizza experience honestly little Caesars pizza taste better than this Papa John’s and that’s if you left it outside for three days

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t even get what their system is. They have six people standing on a line doing nothing and one person doing everything at the front and they will let pizza stack up. They don’t even hand them to the paying customers or the DoorDash this is the worst Papa John’s in the nation.

Should be able to give zero stars. Order was thirty minutes late so I called. Manager was rude and never apologized. She told me the pizza would get there when it gets there. I told her I wanted to cancel the order so she said immediately I’d get it back in 2-7 business days. No confirmation number, nothing. Worst experience we’ve had with any Papa John’s pizza.

Always have had great food from here. For those complaining about delivery wait times, especially in the the summer months, this is one of the absolute busiest stores in the area, if not the country, I believe, not to mention that it is a beach area location. This store delivers across both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, both of which include a good chunk of coastline. Speaking as someone who lives in the area, trying to drive anywhere in the summer vs the 'off season' is like night and day and I can totally see that affecting delivery times.

This location is the worst papa John’s I’ve ever seen. They gave my order to a door dasher to deliver who stole my pizza and never delivered it. I called the store and the manager claimed to be remaking it and sending it out with their delivery driver because the dasher went straight home and their location never moved to my location. After waiting an additional hour, I called the restaurant 55 times and they refused to answer the phone until I called from a different phone. They then told me they canceled my order because “itwas taking too long” but never notified me. They still have not refunded and that was six days ago. I will have to call my bank later snd file a fraud .
Avoid this location AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

It’s now 8/1 and still no refund.
This location is scammy!!!!!!

Placed an online order at 8pm original estimated delivery time was about an hour no big deal now as of the time of writing this it has been over 2 hours with the estimated delivery time being 11:24pm paid over 50$ and tip for (I'm sure cold by now) pizza, they also use doordash to deliver and i was told by doordash customer support that they had lumped my order in with a group delivery and that was why it has been taking so long, Save your time and just order carryout NOT delivery
