Lovely location, took my family here when they came to visit me because I loved the visit before but now it has seriously degraded. Other than the atmosphere and the location, I would not be back

Had a great time at this restaurant for a B-Day celebration. The views are great and the food was all excellent. We had the garlic bread, lobster bisque, a new york strip and the rock shrimp and gnocchi. Everything was delicious and we had a wonderful time.

The steak was probably the best steak I’ve had in this region by far. The service was fast and efficient. My only complaint….i know people are gonna hate this, but, no steakhouse is good enough to not carry a1 sauce. I just love it. But this restaurant was great. Wish I could have watched the sunset during my reservation.

Started with the Lobster Bisque, was different and made with Butternut squash but delicious. The delmonico was cooked and seasoned absolutely perfect with a pat of garlic chive butter on top. To be honest it was probably the qbest I've had in a very long time. It sat along side two small truffle baked potatoes, they paired perfect with the sirloin. I also got the seared asparagus very tender and tasteful. The waitress was super attentive and had a great smile and a decent sense of humor. The manager was walking around asking people how they liked their meal and it was a super personable experience. The upstairs was a little loud near the bar but not anything unexpected.

Very nice atmosphere and staff. Food was ok, just VERY SMALL PORTIONS. My wife’s meal was literally a small piece of toast with some sauce and about 5-6 shrimp on top, that’s it, no sides or anything. I got 2 small lamb chops, it came with some roasted peppers as the side. Both “meals” were like two very small appetizers. I also ordered a half dozen oysters. They were the smallest oysters I’ve ever seen. Seriously about the size of my thumbnail.
After that $125 “meal”, we went out and got a hamburger.

Ambience is lovely: fabulous black graphic wall mural on white brick, high ceiling with urban industrial meets cozy sophisticated rustic vibe leading to the long covered outside deck where we dined in quiet beachside luxury.
quality ingredients/EXPERT preparation & presentation: mildly briny and delightful Alabama (!) oyster platter, perfect large sweet Gulf shrimp, expertly composed salad, delicately sweet whole fried snapper, vanilla gelato/pistachio/olive oil/lace cookie dessert. Have the cold expresso with Amaretto accompaniment!
Service: attentive, knowledgeable, helpful server and charming hostess who expertly elaborated upon the wine & menu and wall mural respectively.
Excellent price:value dining experience.

I’d suggest reservation. We did it via OpenTable. Took my wife for our wedding anniversary. We sat outside and there was a very nice shaded outdoor seating with live music and a nice breeze!
The service was awesome.
We had the Gnochhi & Rock Shrimp with Okra and roasted corn, a very good arrugula salad and the stuffed peppers with chorizo and machego filling.
The staff brought us a complimentary dessert.

Incredible restaurant. Great view. Look up sunset and book reservations about 20 mins before
Our group of 8 was stuffed into a back room with absolutely no ambiance or character. Felt like we were in isolation. Was very disappointing. Despite good food and service the meal lacked any experience that we were hoping and paying for. Please do better.

Amazing experience! From the drinks to the dessert, we loved it all. I am gluten free and found several options. Loved the shrimp appetizer and side of potatoes and the grouper was amazing too.
We visit Perch every time we come to the Gulf Shores area. The setting is beautiful especially as sun sets over The Gulf. The outdoor seating takes full advantage of the beautiful view. The service is fantastic and the food is very very good! The Sweet Tea Glazed Scallops are a must try!
First time here, traveling on vacation. Perch is a nice place with a friendly staff. Our waitress was really excellent. The wine list is above average. Most of the food was quite good. My ribeye, unfortunately, was not what I expected. It was cooked just fine, but it was so soaked in garlic and herbs that I could barely taste the steak. I scraped off the garlic herb butter immediately, but the chef also uses a ton of garlic and herbs as a seasoning while cooking. Three hours later all I can taste is garlic and herbs, which has also now given me indigestion. In my opinion, they really missed the mark on this $68 steak. The other dinners were reported as very good by the rest of our party.
Absolutely a wonderful experience. We look forward to it every year. From the valet parking to the great staff and fantastic food it's a winner every year.
The view from the outdoor patio is lovely. The food was decent, but my scallops weren’t cleaned the greatest and still had grit in them. The service was pitiful, especially given the price point. Drinks went empty better than 50% of the time.
