We ordered Sbarro pizza slices. It was delicious, but greasier than expected. I just dapped it with nakins to soak up the grease. It was from a service station. It was clean, organized but more of a get it and go type of atmosphere. Overall, it was a quick get and go choice that's recommended.

The only place where you can get good Pizza in lower Alabama. Unfortunately due to staff shortages they are struggling to keep regular hours and keep the store open. Orange Beach location is usually still open but it's too far for me.

I went to get a slice of pizza around 1pm on Thursday. Your credit card machine went offline and then your cashier asked if I had any cash. I said no I did not. Then they asked what I'd like to do. I told them I guess they can just throw my piece of pizza away. This was a pathetic handling of the situation by your employees. And yes, there were 2 and neither had a proper remedy to an obvious solution. You lost any future sales over 1 slice. Smart.

They are always closing early, canceling my order. Today was the 3rd time. Door dash takes my money SBARRO cancels then I wait for a week to get the refund. SMH

Awesome pizza. I prefer to order a whole fresh pizza to take home. Convenient location!
FYI, I went yesterday and ordered a x large pizza, (usually I order by phone) the guy was waiting on people taking money, then started making my pizza without changing his gloves, I said something to him about changing his gloves so he did. Then while I was waiting on my pizza, he waited on people again and went right back to making other pizzas, without changing gloves again. Someone needs to teach employees the importance of changing gloves after handling money. That is not very sanitized. For now on IF I order pizza, I will order in store and watch them make it.

I am in this store often because it is convenient in my neighborhood and close to work. I don't always have Sbarro but even when I am in the store Ann is always the most friendly and upbeat person. When I am patronizing Sbarro she has a great presence behind the counter and terrific customer service. Ann is a terrific addition to this Sbarro location.
