Ordered 2 black iced teas. Told them the tea looked too light to be dark. The rude girl told me they could leave out the water. Really!?! Come to find out they gave me peppermint tea!!!!! And was told they were out of black!! Waited forever to get my money back. HORRIBLE rude white girl working. The black girl taking orders was very nice but only been there 3 days.

Keep in mind that this is not a full service starbucks
It resides inside of a target.
Thus, it does not have all of the normal forms and functions of a full service Starbucks has, and it's staffed by target employees that you can not tip.
For what it's worth, the employees are courteous, prompt, and concise.

Okay, let me start by saying, I’ve never was a huge Starbucks fan, but when in Rome…
I was wanting some coffee and it seemed that the closed place to where I was as staying was the one located in Target! That should have been my first Red Flag as to why I should not have gone to that location!!!
Two people working and I had an older lady in front of me trying to order. The lady seem to be getting mixed up as to what she was trying to order and it appeared to be confusing since both people working were trying to get it all figured out. I believe this created an even greater challenge. I waited patiently for approximately 10 minutes just to see them dance in circle regarding her order. My suggestion should have been to let one person help her and the other take my order of two hot coffees. Long story short, I was in there around 20 minutes with only one person in front of me. NO OTHER CUSTOMERS.
I find this to be the worst experience I have ever had getting coffee. I bashed Dunkin’s a couple years ago due to something but, common, you have two employees that can’t handle two customers??? Maybe you should consider your hiring process. I have blotted out the faces but you can clearly see.

Wanted to grab Starbucks for our drive back home. Waited in line from 8:10am-8:50am before I decided to leave. A Target manager (who obviously had NO idea what she was doing) and 2 Starbucks employees (lost & confused) were scrambling to make drinks for the 5 customers waiting before me & there was already a line of 8 customers behind me. After I heard a waiting guest tell the barista his drinks were made wrong, I said NOPE! There’s no way I’m spending $20 on drinks made wrong. Word of advice… just close permanently until you’re fully staffed with well trained employees.

This Starbucks is losing money and customers because they are severely understaffed. On a busy Saturday morning there is only one staff member ?. I waited in line for at least 30 minutes. It would’ve been longer but many people gave up without ordering. I waited today because I wasn’t in a rush and watched YouTube while waiting. This is my first time and I’ll never be back. Buy your coffee anywhere else!
