Very good frozen yogurt. We hit the drive thru for an after-dinner treat and the staff was patient and friendly. Their Moose Tracks was some of the best I’ve ever had.

THEY ADVERTISE THEY CLOSE AT 10:30PM ON A SATURDAY NIGHT AND THE WORKERS LOCKED THE DOORS AND TOLD US TO GO ACROSS THE STREET. Terrible. Lazy. Workers. FIX YOUR HOURS IF THAT IS THE CASE.

It was horrible. The order was wrong. The ice-cream was melting when she handing it out the window. Had to ask for napkins and a cup to place under the ice-cream it was melting all in the car. I was excited to go here but never again. They were so rude when ask to change the order right and give napkins.

This place was amazing! The staff was great and very nice!! We stopped here during our vacation to Alabama. We bought 8 different cups of frozen yogurt. The kids got a chance to place their own orders. The team at TCBY was able to keep up with all of the different orders. The kids really enjoyed their cups!! We each think that our own cup creation was better than everybody else's. The water misters were perfect in the Alabama summer heat. I would definitely recommend this place to friends, family, and travelers!!!
Sorry, but this is not what tcby used to be. There are no yogurt flavors to choose from (only like 4 flavors available), no self-service, so you have to choose between 1 -2-3 scoops, and they serve it for you. You pay per scoop/topping and not per weight.
The line was very long, and the servers looked exhausted.

We were ecstatic to find this TCBY in Gulf Shores. The staff were super kind and friendly. It was super busy and they took time to let us taste flavors and decide.
