Great burger and some of the best fries ever. Can't beat the view either.

Nice view
Hard to access if you aren't a hotel guest. Dragonfly restaurant is quite a distance from parking.
Service was OK, but we had to order and receive our orders at the bar. No table service.
I ordered the fried pickles, they were soggy.
My tuna Poke was only lettuce and tuna. The menu stated it came with avocado and cucumber. Highly disappointed that half the ingredients were left off.

Of course this is a beautiful place to have lunch by the sea. I just wish their fresh ingredients were of higher quality. For example, the menu lists certain dishes come with "avocado" but it was actually an avocado paste and it tasted several days old. I can tell the citrus fruits were cut several days ago, as the edges are turning brown. The tomatoes on the salad tasted like they had been in the refrigerator a while. It depends what you order. The tuna poke bowl has really nice tuna and the mahi nachos are also fine because they don't have many fresh ingredients involved. Service is about what you'd expect for a pool bar. You'll probably get service at first in a reasonable timeframe. They often forget about your second drink order.

Poor customer service at the bar.

Parking: Parking was the highlight. Valet parking was free and he was very kind and welcoming.

Would have given 5 stars across the board had they not advertised a gluten free crust for their Flatbread then told us they were out after we'd ordered. The gluten free crust on their online menu was pretty much the only reason we chose it.Great location & view though.

Dietary restrictions: Call & verify before you go as we fell victim to false advertising about gluten free Flatbread crust.

We love this little pool/grill bar at the Hilton. It is a definite stop every time we go to Gulf Shores. The food is so good and comes out quick and hot and they are so accommodating with any requests. Grab their specialty margarita and a mojito, sit on the porch to watch the happenings out in the gulf.
