Krysla was so great!! We came in to 30 people in line and she had our orders done in 20 minutes. She was BY HERSELF. Honestly, I hate that she was stuck in a situation like that, however, she handled it in a timely manner and with a smile.

Krysla at the Gulf Shores location is AMAZING! This girl seriously needs a raise! We came in with over 30 people in line and she got everything out in around 10 minutes with an INCREDIBLE attitude the whole time! She seriously is a rockstar!

Krysla was the only employee here and was fast, efficient and flawless. The Yard should be sure to happy to have her on board and should be sure to keep her. 30+ ice creams in less than 10 minutes and all were perfect

I came here to contradict a review that might be made about a young lady working that denied service AFTER CLOSE. This guy demanded service after the sign clearly said closed and it was after 8pm. He was obviously intoxicated and cursed her out. She was very sweet and I hope the owners / managers know that she was not at fault.

Over thirty customers on a Saturday night (02Nov) 2024 and one young lady to do all the work. Shame on management!
My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and absolutely enjoyed ourselves. Krysla made the experience even more enjoyable with her friendly service and customized our dessert to our liking. It's definitely a trip we want to enjoy again with our children next time around.
