Took our son for his 11th birthday, he loved it!
We ended up coming here on a whim after a family dinner and had such a great experience! Our teller Kenzie was so helpful as first timers, especially in the vast selections offered. We enjoyed her attentiveness and enthusiasm as well as the delicious treat!
Atmosphere nothing special. High priced ice cream. $28 for a shake and small banana split. Probably wouldn’t go again.
Super rude. The lady at the register tonight was awful. Do not recommend.

A glorified ice cream bar that is so expensive but is a nice one time experience. The ice cream itself is good and the concoctions are cool. You get to keep the glasses the milkshakes come in. There was only 1 person working but she cranked out 6 premium cups and 1 milkshake crazy fast.

To be honest the first time I ever went it was amazing. But this time 4 years later it wasn’t as good, it may have been my choice of ice cream I don’t know but I was disappointed. But we had fun with my niece.
Warm cookie dough tasted cardboard, mediocre milkshakes. 20 dollars for a glass of warm sugar is crazy work paid 50 bucks for my wife and I and left with a bad taste and mean stomach ache
The idea is really cool! Dining area is nice and welcoming. Some of the items are quite expensive, but they have a good price range for cheaper options. The biggest disappointment was that they didn't have locally made ice cream.

Over priced ice cream. Definitely a tourist trap. Be prepared to wait when the kiosk goes down for long lines.
My husband and I visited the gulf shores location yesterday afternoon, we were the only customers. There were 4-5 staff members. The place was so dirty we were unable to finish our ice cream. All tables were dirty, the floor was filthy, trash everywhere. It’s too expensive to not finish. Don’t waste your money, go anywhere else!
