First time at Zaxbys. Great fried chicken! Super soft and fluffy. Nice lemonade. Can 100% recommend if you like chicken

Good place for a restaurant

The food was good but the cashier got our name wrong on the order. When they called the name we didn’t come and when we figured out it was us the woman got an attitude with us and was being rude.

The person at the drive though was nice and patient because we had only been to Zaxby's once before. I decided just to try the chicken tender tacos thinking they would be like a chicken wrap. I was WRONG
They were the best chicken tacos I've ever eaten. The pico de gallo they put on it seriously brought it all together. I hope it stays because I will go back for them again. Such a great experience all the way around.

Service is great, the staff is friendly and attentive but the quality of the food was just not on par with other Zaxbys locations in my opinion, the food had a stale taste as if it had been sitting for longer than it should have.

This Zaxbys used to be very good but not anymore. The fries were horrible, dry and old like the grease hasn't been changed. The chicken was dry and cold like it's old and has been sitting up. I got the chicken tacos and wings and things. The tacos were ehhh....the chicken strips in the tacos were hard and just thrown together. One taco was closed and all the fixings were just placed on top. Two meals for $32 and it was horrible 😫 So disappointing 😞

Everything was amazing except I got to Zaby’s a lot like at least 3 times a week and every time I go the fries seem to lose more and more flavor and I’m literally praying they bring back all of the spices on the fries because they were so good before and now there plane

Not recommended, ordered shrimp and chicken out of shrimp, but you don’t know till you pick up because can’t call in a order! Only online. No utensils no napkins buffalo sandwich no buffalo?
