Drive through line takes an absurd amount of time, staff always seems out of it or just disinterested in general. 50/50 if the foods gonna be hot or not. This is the standard for fast food in Gulf Shores so, pick your poison I suppose.

The black girl working the drive through today was awful, first they messed up my order on my pickup and had to drive another 20 mins back to the store to get the correct food and then she had a attitude the whole time, it was her fault my order was messed up in the first place and is upset that I wanted my food hot after not getting the correct order 40 mins ago, she needs to be fired she has zero customer service and does not need to be in any industry that has customer service

When Zaxby’s runs special deals like bogo 10 piece traditional wings, this store does not participate. When I called to ask why I could not order online, the manager told me they did not stock enough traditional wings to allow the special to be ordered. However, it would allow me to order 50 5 piece meals, so that was total bs, they just do not want to honor specials.
Ordered Door Dash. Did not receive half my order. Food was ok at best.

We are from out of town, and the Zaxbys around us are a little lack luster, but this one is one of the best my wife and I have ever had! Every time we are in town we find ourselves coming back, multiple times! If you are looking for chicken by the ocean, I highly recommend this Zax!

This is my meal. That is correct, it looks half eaten and I haven’t even touched it. Then on top of that; had to wait 15 minutes. Not a great start to a vacation.

The food is really good, comparable to Raising Canes but I like the sauce Canes uses just a bit better. The staff behind the counter were messing around, one of the girls took a disposable cup and put it on the head of her coworker. I hope they threw that one away. The soda machine was out of a lot of flavors, but everything else seemed alright. The place was relatively clean but it could’ve been better considering there was no rush when we were there. Maybe it would be better to use downtime to clean up instead of screwing around with each other

I usually have a great experience here and I love this Zaxbys…. However, today I waited inside in line to order and while the line was long (which its lunch hour, it happens), the cashier left her register to wipe down tables and take care of other things for quiet a while and didn’t acknowledge me standing there. A simple “I’ll be right with you” would’ve been nice at the least. I didn’t like being ignored and also, leaving the register for a while to wipe tables when there is a still a long line is unprofessional. I worked at CFA for years and that would’ve been completely unacceptable to have nobody at the register ringing up orders during lunch hour with a long line.

Absolutely appalled by the level of service and attitude by 2 of the employees. I was here with my daughter to enjoy lunch together. They called my name for the order but 3 entire items were wrong on the tray so I assumed it was for someone else by the same name (what is the likelihood of 3 wrong items and the entree being incorrect) after waiting about 10 minutes I finally ask about it and was told that the incorrect order was mine. Upon showing the receipt, the lady behind the counter struck up an attitude about having to correct it. Then the kitchen staff yelled back at me when I asked them to remake the entire order after it was sitting for 10 minutes. I can only assume this was some type of manager as she was constantly barking orders and yelling at employees the entire time I was there. I don't know how she has any employees left working for her. Completely unprofessional and should either be fired or go back for proper management training. If I was her superior walking in on this, I would have fired her on the spot. I frequent this place often, so I will give it one more chance, but if it is like that again, I will no longer return. If any employees are reading this, I am so sorry that your experience with your manager is like this.
