When I get off work there isn't many options of places still open, so BK in Gurley is my go to. Devin, Ethan, and Sean are always friendly, the food is always fresh and good, and those three know the meaning of Customer Service.!!! The server at the window was taking long breaks between each car being served. His attitude was as if we were annoying him. I'm not sure what was going on, but he should have been more professional. At least the food was pretty good, or my rating would have been much lower.
Only reason I took one star away is because I spoke with a management person about the way overtime is paid and I don't agree with anything over 50 not being paid when the manager is required to work in any other position. Other than that Great Employees clean fresh design and good food as is typical for BK! That's why they are still wearing the ?
