Well I am being generous with the 3 stars - the 3 stars is for all my experiences with BK here, not this last time in particular. I say that because of the piece of PLASTIC wrapping I was chewing on that was inside my sandwich. How does one not even notice they left a plastic wrapper on the cheese which I assume it came from?! Disgusting. I have had another instance in the past where they gave me wrong items (drink was wrong kind and gave me fries not onion rings once), but mostly the food has been good and service not bad. Just disappointing to get this far in a sandwich and not want to eat the rest after finding this plastic in it…god knows what bacteria was crawling all over that when they placed it in there

My wife went out to burger King so we didn't have to cook after church. She wasn't gone 10 minutes tops red lights and all .we sat down to eat and both of our wrappers was all dried out and hard. I could understand if the place wyd busy but we were the only customers. When my wife got home and we tried to eat our food and I realized how bad it was.i called the store to let them know the guy that answered the phone was rude almost aggressive towards me. Like I offended him. I feel like when a person spends their hard earned money for a meal it should at least be eatable and not have to listen to some kind with a chip on his shoulder give you the what for. That places management is a joke for letting stuff like this go on.

The service here is absolute trash. They yelled at my mother who was wanting something with a coupon. I tried calling to let them know about it. Person who answered decided to be a prick and say that if you don't like our service then don't come back. I've worked in fast food before so I understand the frustration with working with the public. However that doesn't excuse this kind of behavior whatsoever
Cashier didn't ring the order up correctly thank goodness im not allergic to the sauce they put on their burritos, the total was $20.20 gave her a $20 bill she took the $20 but put in $0.20 and charged my card $20, and she had an attitude when i asked for a manager to get my card refunded, and then she almost gave is the wrong order, she took food out of the bag that we had just took out hashbrown out and handed it to a customer in drive thru.

The people at Haleyville burger king are always nice and friendly and it on very rare occasions that they gave gotten my order wrong. So all in all it's a good hometown place.

Long waiting time , small portions, and this particular time the place was very dead-almost no business-but still long wait times regardless of their being sparse business trickling in and the drivethru not very busy. I didn't physically go inside for my order but my friend did while i was there for mine and I waited on him outside for 20 minutes. Cant explain the wait times when it was so slow with few customers but it took forever and I didn't want to ask why. Didn't feel like it was worth the effort to bring it up.
Parking: An open sprawl with plenty of room to park anywhere you'd like.
Kid-friendliness: We bring the kids there all the time and its your typical expectation of families and fast food with a back drop view of a semi-urban locale that we call home outside the windows.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking and no issues with getting up onto the sidewalk or to the wheelchair accessible tables inside
