Waited 20 or more minutes trying to order inside today ,Monday 10/6/25. The women looked at us several times and continued to work instead of greet or notice we were waiting. Jacks service is getting worse. Yes the food is good but it’s not worth waiting forever and basically ingnored. We walked out and went elsewhere.

It's hit and miss really. Once we ordered in the drive thu and when we got home all our buns were burnt to a crisp. Most days the girl working drive thru has a horrible attitude. Today the service and the food was good.

Guy at the counter was really professional, the problem is there manager is lazy. He don't care what the employees do, they never get the order right and there always rude. Don't know who the manager is, but he's the worst of them all. I spent 15 minutes waiting on my order, and its like this everytime.

They are a bit slow and and my fries were cold it took a long time to get our order out to us and they just need to pay more attention to what's on the order before filling another one that's what gets things left off and people have to repeatedly come back up
The new crew just hasn't been as quick as the ones that came before..Of course a learning curve is expected as they get the hang of the job but I keep hearing grumbles in line whenever I'm there.
Kid-friendliness: Laid back atmosphere makes it a good fit for kids
I was very impressed with the wait staff , it was Sunday afternoon and they were busy, service was great , bathrooms were clean and food was great, hot and actually properly Seasoned . Very impressed

Ordered ten piece chicken for myself and my husband. Every piece tasted like soap/cleaner. Today we are both feeling sick. We did not complain, we just won’t go back. I felt compelled to review this however so no one else gets sick.
