Emily and her team is always great at taking care of their customers. Jacks is a very busy restaurant. For the team working always remember serve one customer at a time and smile even if they are being rude and disrespectful. Bottom line yalls team is doing the best they can and I appreciate y'all .

Everything was pretty good except the last 3 times we have came, we never get napkins in the bag. If it wasn't thru the drive thru i would understand to get them but its in the drive thru, they should be put in there.
