I ordered a good size to go order to go today for our employees , and nothing was wrong, everything was Delicious and the service was outstanding. Thank you to all that works Los Arcos for being team players.
So I'm not saying their racist but I've definitely had a couple of bad experiences. My first visit was at the request of my youngest for his birthday, and we waited around 45 min for the waiter to take our order. He seemed more interested in the group of girls that came in after us. He made sure they had drinks and their order before coming back to us.

We visited for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything was. My husband had steak street tacos and he cleared his plate. I had 3 grilled soft tacos, one shrimp, one chicken and one steak. I couldn't eat them all. Everything was so flavorful and our service was top notch. This will be our new regular place for excellent Mexican food.
