I had an issue with a door dasher eating some of my pizza hut order and these guys were quick to help me with my problem and correct it just as fast. Super polite and their cook with the name Guy is amazing always my my pizzas to perfection just how I like them!! All around great establishment!!

My family and I decided after a night of Friday night football that we would stop by Pizza Hut and grab dinner to go since we don’t have one anymore. The whole experience was amazing from the customer service to the food. We didn’t wait long at all and the lady handling the front was amazing. We will definitely return when we are in the area. Ms. Frances showed customer service that I haven’t saw in a very long time!!!!!

Bought some pizza, cheese sticks, and a few other things everything was fresh and hot the cashier up front was super nice. Overall great experience. I love pizza hut 🍕

I don’t usually write reviews—this is actually my first one—but this experience was so bad that I felt it needed to be shared. I came in exhausted and just needed something quick to grab for dinner, but what I got was anything but convenient or enjoyable.
When I placed my order online, I thought I might have made a mistake because it wasn’t showing up on my end. I decided to just pay for another one, but something told me to ask the staff to double-check their system first. Unfortunately they never got around to it because they realized they messed up my order again.
While I was waiting, I overheard the staff complaining about a customer who had just picked up a large order. They criticized her for not calling 24 hours in advance, even though they were the ones who accepted the order. Then, when my pizza was ready, they started making rude remarks about how I ordered it. The negativity and lack of professionalism were shocking.
To make matters worse, when they finally made my pizza correctly, it was terrible. The crust was so hard that I couldn’t even eat it. Spending money on something inedible is beyond frustrating, especially when you’re tired and just want a quick meal.
This experience was an absolute letdown. I hope management takes action to address the staff’s behavior and the poor food quality because this level of service is unacceptable.
