Bought some pizza, cheese sticks, and a few other things everything was fresh and hot the cashier up front was super nice. Overall great experience. I love pizza hut 🍕

I don’t usually write reviews—this is actually my first one—but this experience was so bad that I felt it needed to be shared. I came in exhausted and just needed something quick to grab for dinner, but what I got was anything but convenient or enjoyable.
When I placed my order online, I thought I might have made a mistake because it wasn’t showing up on my end. I decided to just pay for another one, but something told me to ask the staff to double-check their system first. Unfortunately they never got around to it because they realized they messed up my order again.
While I was waiting, I overheard the staff complaining about a customer who had just picked up a large order. They criticized her for not calling 24 hours in advance, even though they were the ones who accepted the order. Then, when my pizza was ready, they started making rude remarks about how I ordered it. The negativity and lack of professionalism were shocking.
To make matters worse, when they finally made my pizza correctly, it was terrible. The crust was so hard that I couldn’t even eat it. Spending money on something inedible is beyond frustrating, especially when you’re tired and just want a quick meal.
This experience was an absolute letdown. I hope management takes action to address the staff’s behavior and the poor food quality because this level of service is unacceptable.

Food was great and made to order fresh however apparently the girl at the front desk charged us wrong and a guy actually came to our table to see what all we ordered and to tell us before we left we needed to come pay an additional 10.00 for something.. very unprofessional and made us feel like they were correcting our mistake not theirs
Foods good but not good enough to get again after I just paid over $40 for them to just not bring all of my food and then not give that or a refund back when I try to get what I paid for.

One of the better pizza huts I've been to. Staff is friendly and remember me every time I come in and even stop and say hi to me whenever they see me out in public when they're not working which I believe says a lot about the people who work there. It's a clean restaurant . Family friendly .can't really find a bad thing to say about them... Good job staff.

Medium meat lovers an one salad was $25.00. Had to go get something else too eat. For 2 of us.
Not really the best value. No buffet. First tables not good impression. To get salad or cinnamon sticks would be over $20. Food delivered hot

They're hit and miss. When their pizza is good, it's really good. However, they almost always mess up on the online orders. The last several times my family ordered, one of the pizzas had the wrong crust option. That said, it's always good to check your pizza when you pick it up because if you call back to tell them about the mistake they'll just say you should have checked it before leaving. Anyway, they're still better than Domino's but just be advised you need to double-check your order when you pick it up.
