Ham and cheese croissant was horrible. I normally love Arby's hsm&cheese Croissants. The one I received here was horrible. The ham was tough and the bread didn't taste like a croissant. I threw most of it in trash.

Steak nuggets were BURNED BLACK, Replacement were just as bad. Won't let me post pictures.... NOW Arby's owner sends me a web site to provide more information.... The site is impossible to complete...fill it out and it locks up or recycles you for even more info... Last try it wouldn't submit because no zip code BUT it won't let me enter one.... Tried 5 times to complete before that....just recycles Tells me they REALLY don't want to know..

You do not expect to get āoldā food at 11am You would think all woukd be fresh for the lunch rush Unfortunately my potato cakes were not fresh and were saturated with grease My chicken on my chicken slider was far from fresh.

Sandwich was made wrong three times. On the third time the manager made it gave me a shitty look and wouldnāt even talk to me about it. Sandwich was still wrong still no extra bacon and there was no way there was the right amount of meat on my sandwich definitely wouldnāt recommend coming past noon

Great food, clean, friendly, attached to Loveās. Got 2 small sliders (ham & beef) for breakfast to get some protein on the road. Only about $2 each really helped too. Piled high and soft bun. Served hot and quick. Highly recommend.

- 1 the apple pie felt limp, not crisp, and I ate it mostly because I had already bought it and didnāt want to waste it. But now itās just extra calories and Iām depressed
Pros: The only good experience here was the Loves store itself. That and the beautiful women that were kind to me when I was there.
Conclusion: I am very disappointed in this Arbyās. Iāve had better in areas that look completely run down with lower quality of life near Chicago. But here somehow youāve got a team that fcks it up. Oh well

Got the Quarter pound brisket!.. ok .. the standard is 4 Oz. This sandwich was 2 Oz at best .. didn't try to fix the sandwich. just gave me me excuses š“.... never again.. Arby's is way too high.. I spent 18 bucks on the meal and one cookie šŖ and cheese for my fries...

Not sure why this place is still surviving. It was 6:20am 12/19/24. Took 40 minutes for a #2!!!!!! 1st off how did a meal that was $6.39 turn into $8.93??? They couldnt explain either, i will find out who needs to look into this at your county office. I dont think the poor guy knew if he was coming or going! He's was ringing up everyone, making, and preparing food! The girl was trying to help. He gave me a cup for coffee and said I had to get it at loves. No lid fit the cup! There were 2 other people at work laughing, and drinking coffee behind the counter. Walking back and forth didnt lift a finger for the guy at the counter who was doing 3 jobs! Finally got the order the chicken pc was so small it was a nugget! Hashbrowns were cold except one was fresh. Look on cameras pat him on his back! Get a new crew and make him part of mgmt! This is a truck stop that is busy 24/7 shouldnt you be ready for steady crowds? Will NEVER visit this place again. No need for the computerized apology. Actions speak louder then words. Should of just got coffee at Loves!
