Great food, clean, friendly, attached to Love’s. Got 2 small sliders (ham & beef) for breakfast to get some protein on the road. Only about $2 each really helped too. Piled high and soft bun. Served hot and quick. Highly recommend.

Pros: The only good experience here was the Loves store itself. That and the beautiful women that were kind to me when I was there.
Conclusion: I am very disappointed in this Arby’s. I’ve had better in areas that look completely run down with lower quality of life near Chicago. But here somehow you’ve got a team that fcks it up. Oh well

Got the Quarter pound brisket!.. ok .. the standard is 4 Oz. This sandwich was 2 Oz at best .. didn't try to fix the sandwich. just gave me me excuses 😴.... never again.. Arby's is way too high.. I spent 18 bucks on the meal and one cookie 🍪 and cheese for my fries...

Not sure why this place is still surviving. It was 6:20am 12/19/24. Took 40 minutes for a #2!!!!!! 1st off how did a meal that was $6.39 turn into $8.93??? They couldnt explain either, i will find out who needs to look into this at your county office. I dont think the poor guy knew if he was coming or going! He's was ringing up everyone, making, and preparing food! The girl was trying to help. He gave me a cup for coffee and said I had to get it at loves. No lid fit the cup! There were 2 other people at work laughing, and drinking coffee behind the counter. Walking back and forth didnt lift a finger for the guy at the counter who was doing 3 jobs! Finally got the order the chicken pc was so small it was a nugget! Hashbrowns were cold except one was fresh. Look on cameras pat him on his back! Get a new crew and make him part of mgmt! This is a truck stop that is busy 24/7 shouldnt you be ready for steady crowds? Will NEVER visit this place again. No need for the computerized apology. Actions speak louder then words. Should of just got coffee at Loves!

I ordered the gobbler turkey sandwich and took 2 bites into it and was wondering why the turkey would not tear apart so upon further inspection I could see a giant vein running through the center of the turkey breast. I brought it back to the drive thru window and the manager proceeds to tell me that this is how all turkey comes. How stupid can you be for me to actually believe halfass excuse for giving me a bad piece of meat. I gave her back the sandwich and told her I was totally grossed out. She didn't offer a refund but said umm the sandwich is half eaten but I can get you something else. That sandwich was bit into and spit back into the paper because it was not edible for human consumption. Terrible customer service.

Went through the drive through, they messed up the order. Went inside to get it fixed with the receipt in hand. Don’t know who she was but she made me go back to my car to grab the wrong food to “prove” they messed up. When I literally had the receipt right there. Took our food back over the counter to throw away in front of us. No apology what so ever to try and make it right. Just immediately “give me the food back” (Which as a past manager of Arby’s myself is a no no. You DO NOT take food back over the counter or back through the drive through window) Thank goodness I’ll never have to travel back this way to go back here. Customers are right, ha not here. Also lose the attitude, it’s not my fault you messed up to begin with. Yeah even with a receipt in hand they don’t think they messed up and then taking the food back over their the counter is crazy. Do better.

They will only hire people who are in with the crowd, and if you get a call do not expect a voicemail or any other contact. They will instantly deny you after not answering the first time you apply.
Mac n cheese bites look over cooked and tastes like it was over cooked. They also taste like they was cooked in old oil that should have been cleaned long before now. I ordered a jamocha shake no whip and they put no whip or drizzle. Makes no sense why you'd assume i don't want the extra chocolate when I never mentioned it.

In my semi I ordered a CBS asked me what I ordered as she pit it in the bag. Got to the on ramp pulled out sandwich to eat and they gave me a turkey club. I called over and asked them if they could walk it over 100 yards and pass threw the fence because I'd have to go a few miles up the rd to turn around in a semi that gets 4mpg. She said np. 20 mins later I call back and manager says their not a delivery service and I could turn around and come back. So I gotta waste $25 in fuel thst ya not gonna give me back even though it's your mistake. I guess I won't be stopping there for fuel or food again

Menu said 3 for $5.00 so I ordered 3 roast beef sliders. Got to the drive through and was told they "forgot" to change the menu and the sliders were now NOT 3 for $5.00. I did not order. I left and went home and had lunch in my kitchen. This was both the first and last time I have gone to this location.

I did ordered a fresh crispy chicken and they told me that was going to take 4 minutes to cook it so I sited across the counter and was only me and another customer , they finished my meal and dropped at the counter witch was there until I decided to ask why was taking so long! No attention to the customer the food was cold and not even an apologize!
