Let me preface this by saying that I have worked fast food before, I know things run out. I know that things happen. That being said, I ordered the new Sponge Bob meal, excited about everything that comes with it. When they finally handed me my meal, I asked if the pie was down in the box. They informed me that they are out of pies and that they included 2 cookies as an apology. First off, 2 cookies does NOT equal a slice of pie. Second, if something is missing, you inform the customer DURING the process..not after they ask. If I hadn't asked and gotten home before discovering it I would have been even more upset. Third, after I did get home and bit into my whopper, the bread was stale and tasted like it had been left out for days. UPDATE While I won't take down my review, I will update it. Within 48 hours, the store manager reached out to me and offered to call me when the pie was back in stock and she offered to replace the meal with any meal of my choosing. While I still do not like the initial visit, the speed and professionalism of the response more than makes up for it. 5 stars!

I came in today ordered a Whopper, whopper jr fries and onion rings+ mozzarella sticks. I got all my the way home before I realized you didn't give me my mozzarella sticks. So I tried to call and your number doesn't work . Just so y'all know you owe me my mozzarella sticks or a refund. I will be back just not today

Yes I got food from here on May 21 at 12:49 pm ever since me and my husband ate there we have been sick and still sick I do not recommend eating here we got Royal four not to mention we asked for no onions and one of the whopper had some on one of them so yeah

This review is based on MANY visits with the same employee. I'm hoping I get his name right , because his receipts always come out with Christy or something. But I think his name is Brandon? He is always at the drive through when I get my daughter's dinner. I come almost everyday ( no exaggeration) . But this guy is the definition of integrity. He never EVER gets order wrong, ALWAYS smiling and makes us feel like a valued customer. He's always so pleasant, courteous, professional and has that smile like he loves his job. Please pat him on the back and let him know us as customers enjoy the happy vibe he has at your establishment. These type of people are a true asset and will keep us coming back..
