Says Open on Google and on their own sign it says Open Mon through Saturday 11am-9pm. It’s 4:45 on Saturday and it’s closed. Drove here specifically for this. Very disappointed.
Out of being thru 15 different states and a few other countries in the world this place by far has the most amazing food ever experienced. Every dish is prepared to a complete mastery of culinary perfection. The owners are renowned for their expert customer service with their customers. By far Inori hibachi is the heart and soul of Hamilton, Marion county and even Alabama itself.

We get take out Sushi and Hibachi at least once a week and it’s always so good. The owners are very nice and friendly. We love Inori and are blessed to have such a good little hibachi/sushi place in such a small town. 5 Stars!!!

If you like unique "hole in the places" this is one of them. If your ever driving through Hamilton, AL on the highway git off and have a quick good meal instead of all that fast food garbage. Check out "inori" hibachi and sushi. What a welcome break on the road to Florida after a lot of junk. I had the hibachi steak. Carissa Mayo had the vegetable hibachi, Jayden had the chicken hibachi. And we all shared a few California rolls. No complaints in our group. Just smiles ?????!!

Amazing food and great owners! What stands out to me about this business is that every time I have gone throughout the years my order is always perfect— there has never been one single mistake and the food has always been exceptional!
This place is delicious. I order here so much that she already know that it is me based off what I order. I have no complaints at all!!
