Sat in the drive thru for about 30 minutes before we even ordered. Ordered 2 4 pc chicken finger meals. Recived 1 chicken finger snack and 1 chicken finger dinner with the biscut and green beans. Got no sauce and the green beans we didnt even order had hair in it. Would avoid for dinner.

To start with I had to wait 8 minutes at the drive-thru for someone to answer to take my order and there was nobody in front of me. For the second day in a row my order has been screwed up so today I called and when someone answered I started telling them what had happened and they hung up on me. This Jacks is starting to go down very badly.

I enjoyed the burger and the fries were great, that's if you like thick n wavy.
Chicken hard as a brick today for my first and last visit. Coleslaw was unsweetened and dried up cabbage. Awful. Only bright side was the young black woman cashier was very professional and actually up sold me a bottle water.

They mess up our order every time if it’s not breakfast. They messed it up AGAIN tonight, leaving out 2 things from our order. When I asked about discounting the price, since we have to waste more gas to go back and get what they left out and the manager says, “um no ma’am.” Never an, “I’m sorry, “ nothing. We did have another item in the order but since it wasn’t rung up I told her I wasn’t worried about it, as she’s reciting my entire order as if I don’t know what I ordered. You can’t get good food in Hamilton and the fast food here has gone to absolute crap. This is why we can’t keep anything locally except chain “restaurants” like this, because 9 times out of 10, I’d rather drive out of town to get food than to go to the same places over and over where the fries are cold, the order is wrong, and when you call or go up there to get it resolved, you get some offended girl with an attitude, as if you messed the order up and not her. 😂 the only good thing about Jacks is the breakfast. Period. Speaks volumes on the manager that is working 2/14/25 at 9:30 PM. I’m sorry we gave it another try, and that jacks is worse than McDonalds all around - order accuracy, food quality, etc. Families are in a hurry and need somewhere local and convenient to eat, but this isn’t the case for anyone in Hamilton as far as fast food goes with a once in a blue moon exception. Just because of the “‘manager” alone, I’d give 0 stars if I could. And not because she didn’t discount anything, but because of her horrible attitude about her mess up and her unwillingness to make it right.
