They mess up our order every time if it’s not breakfast. They messed it up AGAIN tonight, leaving out 2 things from our order. When I asked about discounting the price, since we have to waste more gas to go back and get what they left out and the manager says, “um no ma’am.” Never an, “I’m sorry, “ nothing. We did have another item in the order but since it wasn’t rung up I told her I wasn’t worried about it, as she’s reciting my entire order as if I don’t know what I ordered. You can’t get good food in Hamilton and the fast food here has gone to absolute crap. This is why we can’t keep anything locally except chain “restaurants” like this, because 9 times out of 10, I’d rather drive out of town to get food than to go to the same places over and over where the fries are cold, the order is wrong, and when you call or go up there to get it resolved, you get some offended girl with an attitude, as if you messed the order up and not her. 😂 the only good thing about Jacks is the breakfast. Period. Speaks volumes on the manager that is working 2/14/25 at 9:30 PM. I’m sorry we gave it another try, and that jacks is worse than McDonalds all around - order accuracy, food quality, etc. Families are in a hurry and need somewhere local and convenient to eat, but this isn’t the case for anyone in Hamilton as far as fast food goes with a once in a blue moon exception. Just because of the “‘manager” alone, I’d give 0 stars if I could. And not because she didn’t discount anything, but because of her horrible attitude about her mess up and her unwillingness to make it right.

3nd day in a row, ordered the number 5 , both times requested no ketchup the one taking order was not very polite. But thankful the sweet older lady was at the window, shes your best employee there. She is always so courtious, maybe have her train the rest on how to speak to customers ? ..Normally I don't complain but the last few months service has really gotten horrible , and orders are constantly missed.

This was our very first time in a Jack's Restaurant and I have to say it was wonderful for fast food. The dining room was spacious and very clean and they even had the fireplace going. I had the chicken sandwich and it was not only HUGE, bur super crispy and tasty. The seasoned fries were delightful. My wife had the chicken dinner and the chicken was wonderful, crispy and seasoned just right. I just checked the locations and NONE in Florida. Looks like we will do a ROAD TRIP to Georgia for our next JACK's.

Ordered dinner for the family of 2 meals for adults and 4 kids meals and had it doordashed. They forget a kids drink and a side item and wanna blame it on doordasher. The service was awful and had a piss-poor attitude toward my fiancé after he had to go pick it up and the side item was tossed at him, and sad to say I use to work for this same place. Even my doordasher said they were rude to them. And this is not the first time jacks forgets something in our meals it’s everytime!!
One of the most affordable places to eat in town. The staff are also very nice and service is quick.
