I was missing a burger in a 2 cheeseburger meal, it was the saddest McDonald’s I believe I’ve ever had in my life. Burnt patty, cold burger, soggy fries, and messed it up too.

As usual it was terrible, but tonight was extra fun..... I work in the food industry and know it can get hectic but for an employee to cuss out of frustration and to say the customer can wait 5 to 7 business days to get there food is down right unacceptable in any situation!!! Managers need to hold employees accountable for what they do and how they act!!!

Literally the nastiest fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen. After them giving us the wrong order in the drive thru, twice, and then having us pull forward & forgetting about us, I went inside to use the restroom and there was food EVERYWHERE on the lobby floor, every single table was disgusting. The bathroom looked like it had never been clean with the amount of dirt, soap on the floor under the dispenser, the changing table was covered in God knows what, the toilet had never seen a brush. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I wish I could throw up the sandwich I received. We left without receiving the remainder of our order because we couldn’t believe how nasty it was. Yikes.
