wouldnt give me a free taste

My husband and I stopped by hoping to get an ice cream cake. The only ones available were two roll cakes with no icing. After speaking with the staff and manager on duty I found out that they still do not have a cake decorator and from what I can tell they aren't even attempting to get one. Everything is shipped in, nothing is done onsite (even their doughnuts). This is the third time I have attempted to get an ice cream cake. Once in February for Valentine's Day, once in April for a birthday and now again for an anniversary.
Whoever is the franchise owner for this location needs to either get the help needed to run it properly or sell it to someone that will. This is the WORST run location I have ever been in. I implore anyone to open another franchise location anywhere in Cullman or close by. I miss my Baskin Robbins ice cream cakes!!!

I tried to order an ice cream cake for Valentine's Day more than a week in advance and was told that they aren't doing ice cream cakes because they don't have anyone available to do it.

The employees could not stay off of their phones I sit at the counter waiting for over 15 minutes for them to get off of their phones

The 1st time hubby and I went to this Baskin Robbins location it was bomb but the 2nd time was AWFUL MEANING customer service was ? employee named kloe very rude as in thought everything was funny they didnt have everything a banana split supposed to have but waited until half way thru she skips my husband's order n helped a persom behind us along with hubny ordered strawberry shake and waited only an hr to get our 2 simple orders for his to be all water!Needless to say they need more training on doing their jobs the right way!!!Paid full price for an order that didn't have what it's supposed to!! Needless will not be going back there!!!!!!

Terrible, terrible, young kids ignoring the main order counter as if no one was there. Review video camera 5/6/23 3:30pm

Got to the restaurant 40 minutes before they close see the workers standing there talking with the doors locked and sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes before I even tried go inside. Zero stars…. Lazy workers

4 times I've been there and still No Butter Pecan ice cream! Waffle cone stale...

Always out of chocolate chip ice cream… I have been 3 times and all 3 times they were out.

Lazy and very dis courteous. I could not get service. 3 people working and they all acted like I didn’t exist. Heaven help if you want ice cream
