Idk who was working when all these other people wrote these low reviews, but my time here was immaculate. I was there past noon and later in the day at around 6:30 on November the 2nd. Both times was when there were the same three guys working there, and they were amazing. As a trucker, people like these guys are the reason I choose Burger King over other fast food places where I go. I almost always have the same order at fast food places, which includes wanting no sauces, lots of extra lettuce, onion, and pickle on my burger. Which I rarely have people who actually care for the customer enough to honor such a request. People like these guys are what earns fast food joints long term customers. They earned a tip, and if I were in charge I'd give them a raise, will definitely come here whenever I drive back in town.

If you’re looking to use your app DONT go here. Woman cashier was very rude when I asked about their mobile ordering being down and that they don’t use the app. Good is decent, I’ve had way better burger king.. save your time and go somewhere else.

I didn’t see the guys name tag but I came here 2 days in a row and I love how he made my sandwiches. It wasn’t sloppy and very well prepared, you don’t find too many places with workers that care about serving fresh food and I eat out often so I just wanted to let this place know to give that short guy with 2 earrings a raise. He is well appreciated ✨

Whopper: old soggy lettuce. Instead of the regular patty, they used 2 of the smallest patties they had. To make it worse, the patties were way overcooked and dry with very crispy edges.
Fiery chicken sandwich: oddly enough, it was dry. No telling how old the chicken was. There was also this very funny/ odd taste to it. Not sure if the oil was just really bad or if they put it back in the oil to reheat, but it was disgusting. Shalee was the reason for the 5* service. Overall, they just think truckers deserve crap food... guess I won't be coming back here.
Every time I come here it's always something. They don't take rewards, they don't do tap to pay, and this time, they only accept cash. Front cashier always seems to be upset or has an attitude.

The only reason I would give a star is because the food was decent. Service was horrendous. I know the lady up front had the name tag for Elizabeth. She was belittling someone for not understanding the menu because they are literally out of everything due to a menu change and not all of it was labeled as such. I asked for something and they didn’t have it, she told me they were as such in a condescending way. If someone would come up to ask for something they forgot, she would ask “What is it now?”. And she was telling people how to order or up charging them without asking. We got up charged for a large meal and didn’t even asked for it. She was also pointing people out and yelling at them for not getting their food when they didn’t even give us the numbers they were calling out. Straight up the worst experience I’ve had anywhere in a while. Everyone in the dining area was laughing because they couldn’t believe how she was acting.
