Doesn't take app or coupons just over priced meals. If your going north into Tennessee stop at exit 22 go to Tennessean for their buffet. It's cheaper
Cold fries, old chicken, old grease. False advertisement for "combo your way" place is a complete joke. Ran out of items on their menu. Corporate needs to take a look at the management of this store. Complete joke.

Yall need to fire the cook working tonight 01/30 @20:00.
Whopper: old soggy lettuce. Instead of the regular patty, they used 2 of the smallest patties they had. To make it worse, the patties were way overcooked and dry with very crispy edges.
Fiery chicken sandwich: oddly enough, it was dry. No telling how old the chicken was. There was also this very funny/ odd taste to it. Not sure if the oil was just really bad or if they put it back in the oil to reheat, but it was disgusting. Shalee was the reason for the 5* service. Overall, they just think truckers deserve crap food... guess I won't be coming back here.

Every time I come here it's always something. They don't take rewards, they don't do tap to pay, and this time, they only accept cash. Front cashier always seems to be upset or has an attitude.

The only reason I would give a star is because the food was decent. Service was horrendous. I know the lady up front had the name tag for Elizabeth. She was belittling someone for not understanding the menu because they are literally out of everything due to a menu change and not all of it was labeled as such. I asked for something and they didn’t have it, she told me they were as such in a condescending way. If someone would come up to ask for something they forgot, she would ask “What is it now?”. And she was telling people how to order or up charging them without asking. We got up charged for a large meal and didn’t even asked for it. She was also pointing people out and yelling at them for not getting their food when they didn’t even give us the numbers they were calling out. Straight up the worst experience I’ve had anywhere in a while. Everyone in the dining area was laughing because they couldn’t believe how she was acting.
Cindy very nice ? we came to eat with our family, we really liked everything, everything was very tasty, you have a very nice woman Cindy , working for you . Thank you very much ?
