I came through on a Friday night at 8:30. And they said they were closing in two minutes when the websites clearly says 10 o’clock and they had no food prepared. This was not during the holidays. they need to update their website or have a talk with their workers about closing early. Their sign lights and sign lights were on. They took the person order ahead of me and serve them, but declined me. This is also across from the college so I would find it odd why any establishment will close at 8:30 on weekends. Let’s just say I will not be returning to this establishment due to the fact that the owners clearly do not have control over their workers

My wife just tried to go get ice cream for the family at 6:40pm only to show up with all of the lights off and the girls inside refusing to answer the drive through. Wife wife call me and explained what was going on so I called the restaurant. After many rings I was told they closed at 9. I asked why all of the lights were off and the girl replied “sorry I guess I will turn them on” - really?This is by far the worst Dairy Queen in the Southeast! The owner doesn’t check in on this restaurant as it’s ran by young girls that do not care at all. The worst customer service ever…. This unsupervised DQ will have all of the lights shut off inside the restaurant, the outside sign turned off, and they will refuse to answer the drive through during working hours. It is a common occurrence to not get an answer from 6:30-9:00PM through the drive through. Absolutely pitiful excuse for a DQ.
The chicken strips was good but the pieces are so small that you have to buy extra pieces in order to get it at least what you order. Everytime I order chicken fingers it's the same thing I'm sure somebody gets the reasonable size one but it just not me.

Awesome experience! Rolled in there with a bus with more than 20 middle school boys and girls during a break from our VEX robotics competition at Wallace State and the team handled the situation with speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality! Next year we’ll give you a heads up, but we will be back!

DQ has better cheese burgers than McD or BK. They always have some kind of shakes or blizzards not like McD( they say it's not working). DQ food is great
