It would make a lot more sense to deliver to the closest people first that way somebody gets hot pizza instead of nobody gets hot pizza. They do it completely opposite of common sense.

I ordered a phillysteak and cheese pizza. I wanted extra sauce. They put tomatoe sauce on it!!! It comes with Alfredo sauce. I called, and the man I spoke to said it doesn't come with sauce. Yes, sir, it does Alfredo sauce! It was a small pizza 20 dollar for it. He didn't offer to make it right! Just to put a note saying no tomatoe sauce on a Philly steak and cheese pizza!! They should have fixed my pizza!! You want what you order and pay for don't use them!!

Tried to order a pizza with the new deal and they messed up by leaving off half my toppings. I called back for a remake and they even repeated everything back to me correctly just to put even fewer of the requested toppings the second time. I'm not sure what they're doing in there but they definitely aren't writing anything down. I quit coming to this place after they burnt my cheese dip twice in a row and thought after almost a year they may have straightened out but clearly not.

This was always our go to place when I lived in Alabama... Blountsville to be specific. Came back to visit my mother and, of course, got our favorite pizza... XL pepperoni to go. Very disappointing... why was my pizza crust as thin as paper? And why was the taste so bland? I'll be back again next year... June! I want a good ole Domino's pizza when I get back.
