What has happened to this place? The service is always great, but multiple orders have gone really wrong lately. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, almost no chicken, I’ve ordered pizzas almost no toppings or overcooked. I use to love ordering from this location, but the last time was my last time. I felt like I just wasted money.

We waited over two hours for our delivery. Called no answer. The time we ordered delivery before this we also waited a long while. This was our go to because it was always on time and we never waited over 45 minutes for our food. But these last two times have been a major disappointment

whoever trains the little boys that work night shift need to give them a reading lesson, cause why did i order half cheese half whatever toppings and yall put the toppings on the whole pizza every. single. time. this place is awful

The staff at hanceville are always friendly, prompt and do a great job. It is a go to when I don't want to cook. Best location in cullman in my experience.

It would make a lot more sense to deliver to the closest people first that way somebody gets hot pizza instead of nobody gets hot pizza. They do it completely opposite of common sense.

I ordered a phillysteak and cheese pizza. I wanted extra sauce. They put tomatoe sauce on it!!! It comes with Alfredo sauce. I called, and the man I spoke to said it doesn't come with sauce. Yes, sir, it does Alfredo sauce! It was a small pizza 20 dollar for it. He didn't offer to make it right! Just to put a note saying no tomatoe sauce on a Philly steak and cheese pizza!! They should have fixed my pizza!! You want what you order and pay for don't use them!!

Tried to order a pizza with the new deal and they messed up by leaving off half my toppings. I called back for a remake and they even repeated everything back to me correctly just to put even fewer of the requested toppings the second time. I'm not sure what they're doing in there but they definitely aren't writing anything down. I quit coming to this place after they burnt my cheese dip twice in a row and thought after almost a year they may have straightened out but clearly not.
