Sad. IT was later in the afternoon but they were just sad anyways. Used to be good. I think downsizing or I don't know. Getting cheap like everyone else. Whatever it's not good. I was shocked at what Dunkin donuts has become. Which is low quality. Smaller weaker product. Sad and super expensive for quality.

It would be so nice if Dunkin actually had the food (in stock) on their menu. Plenty of stale tasting donuts, but out of a few hot menu items.

I rarely leave bad reviews but whoever is in charge of this place needs to love it a little more. The wait time, staff atttitude, customer service, quality everything is just off. I don’t understand why. I have been here several times just because I’m a seasoned Dunkin fan and it’s the nearest one. I don’t think I ever had a single good experience.

A year ago this Dunkin was perfect to go to, but now I hate stopping at this one on my way to work! I started stopping at the one in Gardendale on my way to work but today I was running low on time and just decided to stop at this one and the service was awful I repeated my order 3 times and she still got it wrong and then she told me my drink would “be out in a sec” so I said alrighty and she forgot to close the window so I heard her mocking me saying “alrighty” and then laughing! If I could give zero stars I would! Don’t go here unless you want a bad attitude middle aged lady making your drink!

Rude staff. Always “out” of items, flavors, cups, straws, etc. They “close” the drive through during normal business hours or they just don’t even bother to answer sometimes.

This location is frustrating! Please Corporate put a Manager at this location. At least 3-4 days a week the Drive-Thru has a sign that says closed! Friday 12/27/24 I was second in line waiting for at least 7 minutes. The car before me ordered, I drive-up someone says I’ll be right with you, 5 minutes pass then someone says “I’m sorry the drive-thru is closed!” What? are you kidding me? I have been sitting in line for several minutes you cannot just say “ Drive-Thru is closed “ Where is the manager of this location? Who is responsible for training the workers? With this location being a large Truck Stop Corporate is losing tons of money! Please someone step in and Manage this Duncan! It’s truly pathetic!

Ridiculous and laughable when I decide to give this place countless second chances. I have been left in the drive through from upwards of 15-20 minutes and the driveway is built so awkward you can’t really leave when you enter. The coffee is also mid as hell.

Saturday, November 23rd. People traveling for the Thanksgiving week. This place couldn't do any food this morning. Coffee was bitter, which it typically isn't. Can't sell donut holes by the dozen. Only in quanties of 10 or 25. This place is so ridiculous that this 2 star rating is being generous.
