Coffee is good from here,and customer service was okay I got my coffee around 5 minutes after ordering it was slightly busy so can't really complain and I will keep to coming back to get there coffee one complaint tho personally I think it need a different look like a more modern look inside but that's just me being picky.

The wait is always minimum 20 minutes even when the business is slow. I would expect a caramel coffee to TASTE like caramel. It’s bitter and quite awful. Starbucks is way better.

I only gave 2 stars because I normally love this place and the people are normally awesome but the lady who made my ham and Swiss stuffers was extremely to rude screaming and complaining that I ordered 6 im sorry y'all offer something I love if she is there I won't be back I get the ham and cheese croissant from Burger king if she is there from now on she should have picked a different profession than fast food and we are in there every day but I wont be back for a while burger king it is

I am OBSESSED with Dunkin, but this one is a disgrace.I spent $25 on my mobile app to pick up a large cold brew, medium coffee and two sandwiches 20 minutes before I arrived on my way to the beach. When I got there, it took 10 minutes for me to get waited on in the mobile order section then the lady “in charge even though she isn’t the manager” said “we’re out of literally everything you ordered. We don’t have the flavors” and I said that’s fine what do you have? And I chose flavors that were available. Then she said they didn’t have a large cup and I said that’s fine too just give me 2 mediums and she said no because that would cost more than one large, and I was like but I already paid for a large and that’s more than a medium. And she said just remind me in a couple days that i owe you a large and I said well I’m on my way to the beach I’m not from here and I just really need a big cup of coffee. And she said well that’s perfect just stop back by on your way back. I’ve never been more mad at a fast food worker for I am understanding since I worked in the restaurant industry for years. But this was ridiculous.She then told me I could get a full refund off the app and that is not the case. I personally hope she has a hang nail every day for a month.AND there was a poor girl that looked like she just started and the woman refused to help her warm up a sandwich for someone. Rant over for now.

After watching a lady stand there and not get acknowledged the cashier was rude and not helpful at all. She was rude to us and didn't even care to talk to us. Atmosphere was not good everyone was complaining about the workers and how terrible they were. Coffee was good and we asked for 10 donut holes and got 12. Not complaining but just shows they don't care. But food was good. Maybe some more training and some attitude adjustment. Overall don't recommend.
Shame on the young staff. Playing around not paying attention, I'm ignoring customers standing at the counter as if customer was not there while they giggle and enjoy their laughter in a hidden little corner where customer has no access to see their fun activity. This Dunkin' Donuts is located inside the Petro Travel Center in Dodge City, AL off the I-65. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff at this store. They were very friendly and served my coffee drink in record time. As well the store was well stocked and super clean. We went through the drive thru , and all they did was laugh, and say “because of the rain their stuff was messing up. “ We ended up just leaving, because they could not even tell us the stuff we ordered without laughing. We won’t be back.
