Great food, well prepared! The staff and manager are beyond friendly and helpful. This is not your typical fast food joint. Truck parking out back is a huge bonus. This was our first time eating lunch/dinner. Burger and chicken were spot on. Mac & cheese, green beans were fresh. Chocolate chip cookies are fresh and warm!

The fried chicken was awful, hard as a rock and cold. Waited on chicken that was sitting on rack behind counter and green beans in pot behind counter, three others got there order first. Thought I was going to get get fresh chicken but nope

I’ll preface my comments with I’ve patronized this location of Jacks for over 20 years. I’m a Biscuit lover and go here specifically for fresh homemade buttered Biscuits. The Biscuits at this location are served overcooked or hard and crunchy. Biscuits are not supposed to be a hard and crunchy item. This has been the case now for this past year and longer. I now go to other Jacks locations that still know how to serve hot and soft Biscuits.

Never a dull moment at jacks, always consistent at everyone I have ever been too. Keep it up!
Drive thru this afternoon is way too relaxed. They're wasting time talking to their buddies and having them rev up their cars playfully while making the rest of the customers wait. And on top of that they gave me the wrong drink. When I asked for sweet tea they gave me unsweet instead and the fries had little to no seasoning.

Disappointed 😞 Jacks burger with just lettuce, tomato, onion. Only put a few shreds of lettuce on. The burger just looks sad. Fries ok but over salted, like pouring salt down your throat. I was looking forward to my lunch, but oh well.
