I love their bags of ice...it's a wonderful deal for a little over a dollar and the ice is definitely the best in my opinion. I'm new to the area and went through the drive thru the other day to grab a bag of ice and had the most wonderful experience with the young man working at the drive thru. He was incredibly friendly and had excellent customer service. He brightened my day and I just wanted to give him a shout out on here...his name was Mason and Jack's should be proud to have an employee like him. Way to go Mason!!
Picked up food thru the drive thru for someone else.
Very rude girl at drive through. I have been 2 x in 2 weeks and ordered same sandwich bacon bbq patty melt. 1st time it was on a regular bun, 2nd x the Texas toast was not even toasted. Beware
They have very slow service and the staff is to young to be making our food
I swear they never give me all of order! I eat here almost every day at least 3-4 times a week because it’s the only good breakfast place in hanceville but they always at least 2 of the days forget half my order!
The worst jacks I’ve been to. I ordered chicken finger basket. The fries were cold and so were my chicken tenders. Was told they didn’t have honey mustard and to my surprise they had it but this is not the first time I’ve been here and they were out. My first attempt coming here I didn’t order because they were out of dipping sauces that I like. This time they had ranch and honey mustard.

The Jacks team was polite but were so busy they could not render quality service, a clean restaurant or proper food handling. They were not hiring at that time. Being under staffed puts a lot of stress on the employees and it is difficult for them to serve the public and themselves the way they deserve. I hope they enjoyed their Thanksgiving day with their families and friends. ♥️

Waited 25 minutes for a simple 3 item to go order. Maybe you should teach your employees to actually interact with customers. 3 employees staring at an order screen for 10 minutes amazed by the light. What a waste of time

Sat in line in the drive thru for over 30 minutes with the staff completely ignoring the customers. The service here is dismal.

The drive thru worker was slinging people’s food and them and yanking their cards out of their hands. I understand having a bad day bit rolling your eyes, not greeting your customers, and just flat out being rude is not the face I would want for my business!
