Tried Luna's 3 times since it is under new ownership. The food is not as good as it use to be and definitely over priced now. Drive thru service is terrible. All 3 times my orders have been messed up. 3 is a charm, never going back.

French fries and hushpuppies had been cooked for awhile. temperature was barely warm. coleslaw taste like bitter buttermilk BBQ bread had a taste of stale butter.

Good food great service, only complaint i have was Sunday they brought out a paper thin 12 ounce ribeye well overcooked, sent it back anc was served my usual thick cut ribeye perfectly cooked, dont skimp on steak quality or you'll lose a lifelong customer, thanks for making it right.

I had the 16oz ribeye, the flavor and the searing was fantastic. I typically use steak sauce when eating a steak but this didn't need anything. The onion rings are awesome. For dessert we had the lemon pie and the banana pudding. Both were very good.
We had heard mixed reviews after the new ownership and renovation. Glad to report the food is even better imo. The low carb chicken plate is so good! The chicken was a little dry the first time (Sunday lunch rush). It was very crowded, and we spent more time shewing flies than we would like to admit. BUT it was VERY hot, they were packed (meaning the doors had been opened a lot), and we were at a window seat (attracts flies due to heat). The next time we had an early dinner on a week day and were seated at a wall table, chicken was delicious, salad was better than ever, and they still have raspberry vinaigrette yay! The service was ok too. And I love the new look inside and out! Reminds me of a place you would see in a Hallmark type movie lol

Around 7:30pm i called to place an order, the lady stated they were not taking any to go orders......I'm aware I called kind of close to closing time but all i wanted was a few bbq sandwiches, taking maybe 10 minutes to make.

So let me say this I read some of the reviews below and almost didn’t go inside. But I always try places myself first before going off what everyone says. I am so glad I did. This place is amazing and I spoke to the cool Dobey if that’s correct and Will the General Manager. They were awesome and the service was amazing. They just opened and need some grace. They just open and had several new people working there who no longer work there because of how they behaved. So to all the people who made reviews but didn’t actually ever talk to the manager or let them know if they had problems shame on you. This was our first experience and I have nothing but respect and gratitude for the new owners and the staff. Go give them a chance. Good food and great service.

Bad, bad, BAD! Please train your staff! Worst experience from Lunas after the remodel and new management. Prices are too high now. Indoors doesn’t feel like a bbq place. It’s all washed out. Staff doesn’t seem to know how to take an order over the phone. They had to call me back and have me repeat my entire order multiple times before they got it written correctly. Even then at pickup my order was wrong. I had a salad with no dressing and I specifically requested extra, and the waitress specifically made sure to charge me for each one anyway. I’m sad to see Luna’s turned into whatever this is.
