In all honestly never been to a McDonald’s where I left upset. Not only were my fries cold and stale, there was no one in front counter or paying any mind to their store. I had to wait 10 minutes for a my drink cup. And the person in back today wasn’t wearing both of his gloves only one. Truly disgusted. I couldn’t even finish my meal. And couldn’t even get my order right either.

Check your receipts! I have had meals upsized without asking, sauces tacked on that I didn’t ask for and never received, been charged for an upsize and didn’t receive it - the list goes on. I resorted to mobile orders to avoid others ringing up my stuff and it still comes out incorrect and cold. So disappointing :/

The food is thrown together by Helen Keller apparently. They always get something wrong. The mobile app where you can collect points does not work anymore.
I got a number 7 which is normally what I get for my husband and I. well today between 330pm and 4pm someone was on grill for meat and let's just say the meat your cooking sir or ma'am you need more training. my burger was stale and tasted like it set out for two days.
