My family and I went threw the drive threw at and got lunch 2 happy meals and two combos there was only us and 2 other cars in drive threw with no one inside at all yet all of our food was cold and tasted as if it was cooked yesterday and the buns for the burgers was stale and hard it was ridiculous will never be going there again

Y'all literally will never get service from me or my family again .... Y'all don't even care about how y'all let food go out anymore. Me and my husband's food was so horrible that we literally took one bite a peace and threw that crap in the trash. It's a shame that we spend that much money just to have to throw it away. DO BETTER ,GET BETTER COOKS, AND EMPLOYEES THAT CARE .

Went there 12/30/2025 at 10:20 the speaker box said they were closed and then they turned their headset on for less than a second nobody answered for 5 mins even tho they didn’t close until 11 and I knew they weren’t closed bc I used to work there and that speaker has always done that I’m beyond annoyed with how they acted closed so they didn’t have to make any food!!

In all honestly never been to a McDonald’s where I left upset. Not only were my fries cold and stale, there was no one in front counter or paying any mind to their store. I had to wait 10 minutes for a my drink cup. And the person in back today wasn’t wearing both of his gloves only one. Truly disgusted. I couldn’t even finish my meal. And couldn’t even get my order right either.

Check your receipts! I have had meals upsized without asking, sauces tacked on that I didn’t ask for and never received, been charged for an upsize and didn’t receive it - the list goes on. I resorted to mobile orders to avoid others ringing up my stuff and it still comes out incorrect and cold. So disappointing :/
I ordered a large regular cappuccino and a large caramel cappuccino and they gave me black coffee!! Very very disappointed!
