Oh my, I don't think I'll be returning any time soon Lara was totally unprofessional when the Cheshire was so busy and backed up, she just stood around when there was a whole line of people wanting almost an hour for mid pizza... shame this place used to be good.

It wasn't a big deal when the guy nearly dropped my pizza at the counter and it folded my pizza in half on itself. He pulled it back together with his bare hands and asked me if it was ok or if i wanted a new one. I told him I wanted a new one. What the real issue is, is that the manager wasn't told he had touched the pizza with his bare hands in front of me because she gave me a hard time about the pizza being remade until I mentioned that. If you wanna check videos feel free to because I'm not here for a hard time, I just want my food to not be tampered with without gloves.

Placed an order on the papa John’s app for delivery. Paid and received a confirmation email at 8:35pm well apparently rather than my order going to the Cullman location, this s-hole location picked my order up and collected my $65. Only to find out at 9:55pm this location closed at 9pm and don’t even deliver. So why did the app process my order and collect my money????? Why is nobody at this location decent enough to call to educate me about no delivery and to give me an option to cancel. So now everything in town is closed and I have been in the hot sun for 14hrs and have only eaten a banana and 2 handfuls of peanuts and allot of water. Thanks for nothing jerk offs.

Worst Papa John's Ever!!! This Papa John's is in a truck stop,! Which is great since I'm a Truck driver and don't get to have Papa John's very often, infact I stopped at this Truck stop today, parked my truck in the lot and walked in just to get 2 slices of Papa John's pizza, and Boy was that a mistake!I bought 2 slices of pizza which cost me $9.79, and the lady charging me over gave me 2 single small packets of Parm Cheese, 1 for each slice! I told her I need at least 3 or 4 packets for each slice, so can I get at least 4 more packets please?She quickly responded saying "No Sorry if I give you more than 1 packet per slice of pizza I'll have to change you" I said ok how much? She Responded "I Don't Know" ?I was dumbfounded to say the least after spending almost $10 for 2 slices of Cold Pizza, and only allowed 2 tiny packets of parm cheese to put on it! I then asked for some garlic butter hoping to make the cold pizza just a little bit better, but was told I could only get that if I bought and Entire Pizza!As a last ditch effort to help wash down this cold dry pizza I glanced at the sign showing specials 2 slices of pizza and a 20oz drink for $9.99? I told the lady hey look I can get a 20oz drink for only 20cents more than I already paid plus an extra few cents difference for the tax, give me that Deal instead please? Only to be told "No Sorry You Already Paid For What You Got, And I Can't Change It"!So in closing I paid $9.79 for 2 slices of cold dry pizza, and I was Refused more than 1 packet of parm cheese per slice of pizza, also Refused Garlic Butter, and Refused the 20oz drink for about 25cents more than what u just paid including tax, even though I offered to pay extra to make it right out of my pocket?Do Better Papa John's Us Truck Driver's Keep The World Moving!!!

Lady working at the Papa John’s front desk is super nice.
They never have doordash orders ready. They don't start them until you get here. I have been here for 40 plus minutes and still haven't received my second customers order. So I'm getting cussed out and losing money because these kids don't card one bit. It's March 26, 2024 at 8: 20 pm. I arrived at 7:40pm. Still waiting and the other customers food is getting cold and their drinks hot and guess who is going to suffer me, because no one will punish these terrible employees. This isn't the first time having the same problems here. I will NEVER accept another doordash from this location again.
