They never have doordash orders ready. They don't start them until you get here. I have been here for 40 plus minutes and still haven't received my second customers order. So I'm getting cussed out and losing money because these kids don't card one bit. It's March 26, 2024 at 8: 20 pm. I arrived at 7:40pm. Still waiting and the other customers food is getting cold and their drinks hot and guess who is going to suffer me, because no one will punish these terrible employees. This isn't the first time having the same problems here. I will NEVER accept another doordash from this location again.

Don't know what this clint guy was saying about a wait? I got in there ordered 6 pizzas came back around 20 minutes later everything was complete they even through in some extra sauce with the pizzas the customer service was also very pleasant with the guy at the front on Sunday was super nice and helpful!!!!!!!

The wait is ridiculous. They won't let you cancel and then ,an hour later, put it in the oven. You can order from the Cullman one and have it before you get home in dodge city. This store is 5 mins away!

Says they close at 9pm while in reality they shut everything down at 8:40 so they can dip out right at 9. Never seen any other Papa Johns ran this way. That's not how closing times work.

Purchased two of “The Works” pizzas 4-7-2023, 4:30 pm at Dodge City. Toppings very thin, didn’t even cover crust on bottom, pitiful pizza. A $43 mistake that won’t happen again. Mitchell Ward

Sweet young lady behind the counter at lunch time on Monday October 24th! Very patient with me when my card malfunctioned. She is definitely a keeper for your business.

The reviews I read were bad, however, I cannot vouch as to whether or not any of them are accurate because no one answers the phone so I can place an order. After about 7 or 8 rings the call transfers to the Petro staff who directs me to call the number I call that no one answers.

I don't know about this one, but I have not eaten, nor will I ever eat, at a Papa John's again since 2012. They are rude, disrespectful, lazy and hate truckers. I had a location one time that literally said they do not deliver to our kind. And said that 6 miles was too far to deliver 15-20 pizzas when power went out at the truck stop. Contacted corporate only to never get a call back (had to leave a voicemail). 3 days later I blasted them on FB. Only then did they reach out to me. Still no resolution for it. Never again. I would rather eat Little Ceasar's instead.
