Terrible customer service. The manager and employees were goofing off and wasn’t paying attention to any detail. I stood at the counter and waited for 30 minutes to get my order watching everyone behind me get their food and when I asked about mine you’d think I slapped them in the face. Won’t be back here again.

I ordered on the mobile app my quoted time was 6:43. But I had to wait after I got there for them to cook it. Then the girl coughed on her hands then picked up my food. She just threw it at me never said sorry you had to wait nothing. When you quote a time it's supposed to be ready at that time!!! I will be deleting my app account. I won't be eating here again!! Maybe you should look at other restaurants. When I place an order online I get my orders from the other restaurants at the quoted time I don't have to wait for them to cook it after I arrive. Awful service!!

With the efficiency of the team working and how smooth the long line was moving along we were hopeful to have a good lunch. We were very disappointed however. Prime lunch time and the Mac n cheese was cold and tasted old, surf and turf was a very small portion given the price of it, not sure if what we got was right but it was very scarce, the chicken tenders with it were just bad. Very sad to have such a nice place with a poor outcome.

Came into this establishment at 8:45pm, they close at ten, I was told they stop cooking at 8pm and they had no food but what was available which was 6 nuggets 2 chicken fingers 3 biscuits. Unacceptable Popeyes very disappointing.

I had to get a refund because they messed up my order and instead of the manager correcting my order by changing it to a medium I told them that I would pay the difference instead of re-ringing it up so that I can pay the difference and voiding the last one she told me that she couldn't do it and was about to try to force me to take something that I didn't order so I got a refund went across the street to eat that's sad

I was an hour from home when I stopped here , by chance due to being rerouted through this town from Birmingham. They were slammed & only had one cashier, I didn't get his name, but he'll know who he is because he was runnIng the store with a manager who couldn't be found. The manager walked in from outside because he had been out back smoking for way too long, when my card declined. My credit union has locked it due to suspicious charges. I felt terrible, apologized, and excused myself to go outside and speak to a representative about unlocking my card. The cashier found the time to serve the rest of the customers, and came outside to find me and said "I got you". He was so kind to me during a moment that was humiliating.I've never experienced customer service like that. I wish I had his name so he could get the recognition he deserves. I hadn't eaten in in over a day due to needing to fast for some blood work. I was starving and tired and this man, who was also tired and wornout from running everything in that restaurant, mostly alone, fed me.I can't say enough.I appreciate you. Whoever you are, sir. I'll never forget you. I'll make a point to go to this location from now on. Hopefully my friend will have received a raise and is the manager next time.All my regardsKashaP
