Hands down! There's a prime lady that just did/gave exceptional service (before 2 pm)!! The pizzas/salad and cookies were absolutely FRESH! Everything was on point and too delicious to take pictures (my apologies)! If you REALLY want to Eat Fresh, this is the place to be!

Lettuce sometimes tastes old. Sparse on meat cheese and vegetables could be a tad less stingy with them. Philly cheese thing was NASTY. Please your insulting this sandwich. SUBWAY IT NEEDS HELP. for a cold cut combo it's good or veggie delight but never enough veggies. WAY OVER PRICED. Staff hit and miss. And the SUBS NEVER LOOK LIKE THEY DO IN COMMERCIALS. WHY IS THAT. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND HAS GONE DOWN HILL I HAVE EATEN AT BETTER GAS/DELI STATIONS. Used to be number one now just kind of disappointing and if I have another choice I would take it.

I live in Hanceville, so one would assume that when I get Subway coupons in the mail they would work at the Hanceville Subway. Very wrong. We didn't know until all the food had been made, turning a $20-ish meal into more like $40. The staff was rude also. Will NOT be coming back to this Subway.

The meat was very soggy and looked odd. I didn’t even take one bite. I also ordered a pizza and they added shredded cheese to it. Which is not on the menu and nowhere else does that. Also it was very hot in there. But the last thing could be a matter of opinion.
