I live in Hanceville, so one would assume that when I get Subway coupons in the mail they would work at the Hanceville Subway. Very wrong. We didn't know until all the food had been made, turning a $20-ish meal into more like $40. The staff was rude also. Will NOT be coming back to this Subway.

The meat was very soggy and looked odd. I didn’t even take one bite. I also ordered a pizza and they added shredded cheese to it. Which is not on the menu and nowhere else does that. Also it was very hot in there. But the last thing could be a matter of opinion.

Honestly the best subway you will ever find. Veggies always look fresh and it is the cleanest subway I have ever found. Me and my family go here often and it always impresses how well it is run.

The food was good, but it would have been better if there would've been more meat and if she hadn't have ran out of avocado for my Turkey Cali Sub which i ate with Sun Chips Harvest Chips and a Chocolate Macadamia Cookie and a Unweet Tea mixed wth some Lemonade from the Fountain drink machine.Sorry, i didn't get a photo of my sub, but my Dr had sent me to go eat after my appt and asked me to come right back to have bloodwork done.

Got the elite chic bacon ranch. It was perfect. Love the rotisserie chicken they use on it now. Game changer. Also... double the old price. So be prepared for that. Was it worth it, you be the judge.?
Found a piece of a bone in my shredded chicken sub. I was eating my footlong when I got 3/4ths done, I felt something hard when biting. To my surprise I found a sharp broken bone or tendon, about half an inch long.

This subway throws the bare minimum for ingredients and tries to charge you extra for anything. Even mayo? Yes, they charged me an extra $1.68 for mayo. If the place is this desperate for money, just close already. There's better subways in cullman that'll not leave you feeling like your being ripped off.

They do not honor coupons at all. And I asked for chicken I got beef. Subway has gone down hill there veg's were not fresh looking at all. The meat wasn't very nice to look at . Things needed to be freshened up and I didn't like the atmosphere in there.2700 2 subs no drinks no chips ..and they don't honor coupons I thought that was a corporation thing everyone has to honorbcorpm coupons. I'm going to be cking on that.also.
