I ordered a 3 cheese chicken flatbread melt with extra chicken. I paid an extra $1.50 for the chicken. I opened it up at the window and it had 4/5 little pieces of chicken. I said this was suppose to have extra chicken and he said that is extra chicken. I said 4/5 little pieces of chicken is EXTRA. Then he asked someone did you put extra chicken on it, they of course said yes. I told them they were ridiculous and drove away. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!

My food was cold and i only made a 5 min trip back to my house also they forgot my sauce even after they were telling me they were out of a specific kind and asked if I wanted another in place when I said yes I saw it on my receipt very displeased
They keep on forgetting my sauce every time I go there this is the 4th time in a row they’ve done it I’m not happy at all it’s even on my receipt do better at checking yall weren’t even busy if you would stop flirting with the women in the parking lot maybe something would get done better

Me and my mother went in today at the hanceville location, we were deciding what we were going to eat and the employees were looking at us and they were not busy . After we tried for 15 minutes to get someone to take our order we just left. There was nobody in the drive thru and they just watched us like we were crazy. Bad service and disrespectful staff.
